About the family- The Mama- Nkosazana(me) is very much the social butterfly. She loves to be the center of attention. She had high hopes for her offspring, but was sorely disappointed when they were born to the low-middle class. Nko does her best to hide her disappointment from her cubs. The Father- Msiba(MoonRazor) was the rogue chosen to sire cubs for Nko. He is not part of the pride and will likely never be met by his children. The Uncle- Nko’s brother, Uchanjaa, is owned by mouselet. Sister-in-law- Uchanjaa‘s mate, Kibetinyota, is owned by Ameh. Siri Za’Mbele- She is owned by Redbud-Tree. From the same litter as the other two. Imani- She is owned by Vesale. From the same litter as the other two, adol image not avaliable.

Come live with me pretty girl! What rank(s) may a lower-middle class lion hold?Hunter Is hybrid breeding allowed?Nope List one interesting fact about the pride. The interesting fact that caught my eye the most was the fact that they worship the moon and they associate themselves with Great Lion. I find this concept extremely interesting and fun. This is compounded by the idea of linking the marriage ceremony to the ranking of the pride member and time of the moon phase. Name: Kidogo Mwezi Personality: Kidogo is a sweet girl who wants to make her mother proud of her. No matter how much her mom tries to hide her disappointment at their status Kidogo figured it out early on. To counter this she does whatever she can to make her mom proud of her. She doesn’t mind her status so much and she does what she can to fulfill her duties in her class. Other lions usually find her with a smile on her face while doing her chores. She enjoys the quieter things in life, however, like her mother she does like the company of others when it’s possible. When she’s not busy with daily chores Kidogo can be found relaxing in the shade or watching the younger cubs play, especially her siblings. Someday she wishes to have a family to call her own and give them the best life possible. RP:((Done in first person, hope this okay.)) --Setting: Kidogo comes across her mother who is having a moment of disappointment by herself. Kidogo can’t help but have an intrapersonal dialogue while watching her mother from the shadows of her hiding place.— Mom had that look again, I could see it in her eyes; disappointment. I couldn’t really understand why she allowed this to continue to haunt her mind. It makes me worry for her health really. I understand that she wants the best life for us, but does she not realize that I’m content with my status? That I don’t mind the fact that I’m a hunter and will probably always stay as one? It worries me greatly that she’ll become sick and leave me and my siblings behind. I can’t help but wonder if she realizes this. I want to see her hold her head up high like she does on her good days, proud of what the others and I have accomplished with what we’ve been blessed with by the Great Lion. It may not be much but at least we have the earth under our paws and the breath in our lungs. I want her to continue to tell us that she’s happy with what we’ve been doing and give us more guidance in what we can do. It’s all that I can really hope for, all that my siblings could hope for. We all love our mother, I’m sure of it. We need to continue to hold our heads up high and not allow our lack of status hinder our way into happiness. I just hope mom can see that herself. I should probably go to her now and let her know my chores are done...

Come live with me pretty girl! What rank(s) may a lower-middle class lion hold? Hunter: Is hybrid breeding allowed? No List one interesting fact about the pride.
It is quite interesting that this pride's religion and beliefs revolves around moon and stars to the point where they have ranks that is based on moon stages like full moon, waning moon and etc. And cubs' rankings is determined by the moon phases they are born under. "When two lions become mates they both take the rank of the female partner." It is quite interesting because normally, it would be other way around.
Name: Kidogo Mwezi Personality: Kidogo Mwezi is a very easy-going female that is always willing to help out with anything that anybody needs help with. She is one very determined female to excel in whatever she is involved with because she wants to prove to her mother that even though she is a hunter, she is fantastic at it and she enjoys it. Kidogo positively adores her mother and family and will go the distance to make sure they are happy or proud of her. She is fully aware that her mother is disappointed with her offspring being in lower middle rank so she tries to do something to make her mother proud of her.
RP:
Kidogo Mwezi sprawls out lazily on one grassy hill as she watches the sun set, filling the skies with the colors that will be replaced with inky color soon and she sighs softly in contented manner, thinking about everything. Her dark purple eyes watches her pride members move around in the near distance and she could see her mother standing there with an expression that caused Kidogo's heart to constrict little bit, no matter how many times she have seen that particular expression on her mother's face: Disappointment. Her own mother is disappointed with the fact that her offspring is born into the lower middle rank and Kidogo tries not to allow that bring her outlook on her position in the pride down. With a sigh, she rolls over on her back and closes her eyes knowing that she is one of great hunters the pride have because she pours everything she have into stalking the prey and bringing it down quickly so the pride would dine that night.
As a warm breeze blows against the lioness' body, she smiles to herself when the colors fades away and the blessed night colors takes over with stars sparkling merrily. Kidogo rolled over and sat up on her hunches, closing her eyes while saying a little chant as the moon rises up to take her proper place in her night kingdom -
"Oh, oh Silver Moon Our lady in white We feel your Magick power Grow stronger each night Magick all around We hear her call She casts her spell Enchanting us all"
Kidogo Mwezi takes in a deep breath, feeling like the moon will give them more luck with the hunt tonight and she smiles up toward the moon while basking in its pale glow. She looks down and her eyes collided with her mother's eyes, her smile becomes more softer and loving because she will always love her mother and continue striving to make her mother proud of her. She nods to her mother as she stretches out, then she walks over to give her mother a loving nuzzle and murmurs that she will make her mother proud tonight. Kidogo turns away from her mother and trots over to join a little band of hunters so they could hunt down a large game so the entire pride could dine tonight.

Come live with me pretty girl! What rank(s) may a lower-middle class lion hold? Hunter/Huntress Is hybrid breeding allowed? Negatory List one interesting fact about the pride. The second-to-previous king gave up his throne to be with the lioness he REALLY loved, a slave. Screw the class drop, he's HAPPY now heart BTW, a male takes on the FEMALE'S class in mating xd
Name: Mwezi ni'furaha (The moon is happy) Personality: As happy as her name is, Mwezi does her best to make others smile with her. Sometimes, this may involve forcing them to smile by pressing her paws on their faces. This is a front for the most part, though, as she feels something missing in her life. She's not particularly happy that their father is missing in their lives, and feels like this may be the missing piece. Because of this, she forces herself to remain happy, and never frown, for fear her farce will crack and crumble and her inner turmoils will be revealed. RP: The night was singing, and Mwezi enjoyed it. Everything was happy, as the bats flew around, owls let out mournful hoots, and the moths silently danced their dance. As she walked through it all, she looked up and around, watching the trees, and watching the bats do their dance as they chased the moths. She watched, too, the owls, in particular... The happy little families of owls. The lioness let out a sigh, then shook her head. As she continued her way through, she soon spotted an antelope, grazing on some forest foliage. The lioness dropped down, beginning to stalk. When the antelope was joined by a female and calf, she stopped, slowly sitting up. When the antelope ran off, she watched them, before somewhat angrily smacking a leaf. "Selfish lion... Why'd he have to NOT be here?" She got up and left again, ears back and glaring at the ground. Hunting tonight would do her no good.
Her thoughts were interrupted by the sight of something white. Or something else white, at least. As she crept closer, she spotted... A lion! Another lion, anyway. He didn't particularly stand out against the norm of the pride, he just happened to have what she thought were the most stunning eyes. And he wasn't alone... There were others! At first ready to follow them, Mwezi stopped in her tracks, considering options. They were strangers yet.. She swallowed, closed her eyes, then turned and hurried for the main pridal area. She had to find out who these lions were!

First off, thank you three for entering! Reading the entries was a lot of fun. Because I liked them all so much, I wanted to give you each a little critic that might help you in the future. <3 @Gen3sis- I was intrigued by your use of first person for the rp reply. It did throw me off at first, but I do like it, as most rp is third person. With your use of intrapersonal dialog though, I would have liked to see some difference from normal text. Such as italicizing, so her thoughts can be easily told from any actions she made. @Cait- I absolutely adored your singing girl. She sounds so sweet, and the song was very cute. However, there was a couple points that stood out to me. First is… Great Lion is male, not female. XD As their only deity it’s a rather important point. The other is the mention of magick. The M’J do not believe in magick. @Andra- I love you’re use of history in the interesting fact! A very nice touch to it. I also liked the mention of the absent father in her personality. I was a bit confusing reading your rp entry. I didn’t mention an age the event had to occur, but I couldn’t quite place her. If she’s a cub, why is she hunting an antelope? What about the group of lions she found? I wasn’t clear if they were invading unknown lions, or just members of the pride she hadn’t met yet. XD
So those are my thoughts. Hopefully that will help you! >.< And now to the winner! What we’ve all been waiting for. And drum roll please………………….. Winner is…
Gen3sis!!
Congrats! Take your girlie to Ecavi’s thread for certing please. ^_^
