So, at the ER where Shifty now works, a few snags have been run into. Two nurses in particular have claimed that Shifty was going to let a Red Cross volunteer with absolutely no medical experience do an invasive procedure on a fellow soldier. Needless to say, they ran and told Shifty's platoon sergeant their side of the story before Shifty could explain that the volunteer was just going to watch.
Well, Shifty was threatened with losing rank and getting a cush job doing supplies and logistics and what have you. So, Shifty took it upon himself to write down all of these nurses short comings and bring them before their supervisor. Now, one nurse is in danger of not getting her contract with the US Army renewed and the other is close to losing her license and having to find a new career path at the age of 70 billion.
Shifty may have lost the first skirmish, but this war is almost won and Shifty hasn't started carpet bombing their careers in full yet. Word to the wise, don't ******** with a soldier, especially one who knows his job. Shifty has no sympathy for people like that and will happily ruin anyone who unjustly tries to hurt him or those close. :]
So, that's how my week has been. How is the Guildie Fluffenballs today?

I was pulled into the office and my supervisors apologized to my partner and I for not listening to our side of the story and realizing how ridiculous the accusations were. And yes, my darling cyar'ika, they re yours to rend assunder. <3 Never assume for you make an a** out of U and ME. I love spelling lessons given to me by my family. My plans for them cannot be revealed...far too dangerous for the internetz. |
