Guild Chat?

I was clearing the announcements on Kain and I came across the one for that feature.

Did any one in other guilds try this yet? Like how it works and such?

We have one for the GL but I can't remember how to get to it.
It works kinda like towns and stuff I guess.
I thought there was supposed to be a link added to one of the drop down menus but I cannot find it...
