Abilities-
The swords abilities are actually used in three different forms;
Kusanagi: This takes the form of a normal katana, with no guard, and a large blade that is around two and a half feet. The main ability of this form is the ability to focus reietsu in the blade then when it hits the opponent the reietsu run a current of electricity through the enemy, it can ether paralyze or hurt the opponent.
Yasakuni no Magtama: This take the form of a necklace, it is covered in magtama beads, with a Ying Yang in the center, it has two abilities
Ying: This ability mimics another attack for a second to cancel another attack out, it uses the same power and force of the attack to make sure no ability can get through it's copy. This is only useable of reietsu attacks. This can be taxing when used multiple times.
Yang: This is an ability that allows the user to for a minute slow down the speed of their brain and increase the speed of the body. It allows the user to move and react at least ten times faster, but after that minute the user could collapse do to stress on the brain, if not then the user will lack power to use in physical attacks.
Yata no Kagami: Takes the form of a circular mirror, with with surround that takes the form of a oroborus, a snake biting it's own tail. The mirror has the ability to absorb reietsu based attacks, it then has three options;
Reverse: this is a taxing power, allowing the user to reverse an attack along with weakening the attack or strengthening the attack with the users reietsu.
Store: The user can absorb the reietsu directly into the mirror. Through this, depending on the strength on the attack, the mirror's surrounding will turn black, when it turns fully black, the mirror will fire a massive blast of reietsu, this is taxing on the zanpakuto, often reverting to sealed form after the blast.
Absorb: The user can absorb the reietsu directly into them self to replenish lost reietsu, although this can only be used twice a release. It is a permenent gain, so it has the same effect as training, while as it can only absorb attacks, the user will often only gain enough reietsu to replenish lost reietsu that they do not have enough time to regain, although if they are at max reietsu and then use it they will gain a higher limit of reietsu.
Bankai Release Phase-Kamigami Mukei Bukei [Gods Sacred Weapon]
Bankai Description- Shikai
Abilities- As a halberd, it is not used much for swinging or piercing, rather for defense, and occasional melee use. The user focuses their reietsu at it's tip, giving it incredible power, along with the black aura that surrounds it. It is mostly used for techniques, almost never used to fight with,
Susano'o: Creates a aura of wind around the user, creating a armor that cannot be seen. It allows the user to use the wind to feel things with the wind as well, giving a 380 view. The armor and the sensing have a 10 degree blind spot at his back.
Tsukiyomi: This is the power to control the light, or rather refract and reflect it to make the user appear invisible to the naked eye. This can also work to make an illusion of the user for distraction or running away.
Izanami & Izanagi: This creates two spears beside the user that float beside the user until the spell is undone. The first is all white, it has the power to heal and to channel wind into long ranged strikes that are able to match most wind attacks. The second is pitch black, it is for close range combat, allowing the user to surround it with rock or release a pure black wave of energy.
Yammatano no Orochi: This is probably the most contradictory move in all of this zanpakuto due to Susano'o, Yammatano was a beast that was killed by Susasno'o with the three sacred treasures of japan [Yasakani no Magtama, Kushinagi, and Yata no Kagami]. The user takes a stance of moving his back foot backwards, bending both knees, pointing the halberd to the ground, although it is a foot or so above the ground. The users eyes turn almost snake-like, the zanpakuto spirit essentially becomes one with the user, allowing for the ultimate use of it's power. In this form the user becomes faster, also gaining the ability to shed his or her skin. This summons eight snakes, each one represents one head of yammatano no orochi. Each head only serves one purpose. Sight. They are all linked to the user, each one being able to be used as another set of eyes, allowing the user to dodge and block attacks that would normally hit harder. In the forms final stage, the user combines all eight snakes to make a bigger-than-a-skyscrapper snake that has eight heads and is incredibly powerful.
Abilities
Sword of Akasha: A technique that combines Haduka and Zanjutsu, along with reietsu manipulation. This technique is based in the hand. The hand is used in a knife hand position where the hand is flat and the nails are facing out, like a blade. The user then focuses all their reietsu into their hands, using both hands like a sword. This is incredibly destructive and takes a lot of reietsu to use.
Spear of Ragnarok: Combines Kido and zanjutsu. By running kido through a sword it can be used to make the sword more destructive, or to hide a Bakudo. This can also be run through the enemies blade to make it hit them through their blade.
Hammer of Thor: This is the ability to form reietsu into a solid hammer, used to smash the opponent. This is a second combo of Kido and Haduka.
Odins Sword: Combines Kido, zanjutsu, Haduka, and Hoho. This creates a trance like state that makes the loser lose all sense of fear and pain. This allow the user to fight easily without having to stop fighting. The user is able to use all of the above and below techniques on a better level. This is draining and can paralyze the user after use. Cannot be used during bankai.

History
Human World- N/A
Early Soul Society- Link was born into a family of nobles who had an object that allowed them to control where a soul would reincarnate to. Of course that made everyone want it. They could see people who had died twice! But the clan selfishly kept it to itself until the normal people rebelled against it, to gain the object they stormed the nobles castle, killed everyone other than the young Link, but the object shattered when the normal people took it out of the castle. He was later found by a R&R department who experimented on him. He had a massive amount of reietsu so he was constantly under surveillance to check if he would try to escape. He was put under tests that stole and gave him reietsu, tests that would almost kill him then bring him back, everything to test to drugs, and pills. Until he was around 200. He escaped by reaching into his mind, and finding his inner world. He summoned his zanpakuto to fight with, killing all the division members and fleeing, not remembering his real last name he called himself what his test number was 'Zero' or Rei.
In the 13 Court Guard Squads He joined after discovering how much a shinigami was paid although he had to hide his identity. He joined the academy and graduated after one year, one of the only genius of all time to graduate that fast. After graduating an joining the Squad, he was successful to even become the vice-captain of squad , becoming powerful. It was around that time his zanpakuto rebelled. A zanpakuto that manifests itself into a real form is powerful, but Link beat him, although his zanpkuto would manifest or challenging him in his inner world, the zanpakuto wanted to be free, making him feel rebellious. The zanpakuto sealed it's own self up refusing to help Link unless Link was about to be majorly hurt, because he can't escape if Link dies.Similar to blind people who develop an advance sense of hearing, Link developed abilities to easily match up to a person with a bankai.
