Some of the less emphasised items I have noticed in the video include a pool table, pull up exercise bar, a teddy bear chair, newspaper stacks, the karaoke machine and possibly a new star tattoo design!

There are also going to be new "social features". By the sounds of things players are going to be able to post things about their game directly to facebook as well as being able to share Sims between their own and friends' games. Something has also been said about being able to chat to your friends whilst playing.

The idea of the social features REALLY doesn't appeal to me but the rest of the pack, at this point, seems great!

What are your thoughts?

I always find myself buying expansion packs whether people say they're good or not. So, I'll probably get it.

It doesn't look like much, to be honest.
Late Night already has most of that.
There will have to be more content if they expect people to buy this.

I definitely don't like the social features. At all. But so far all of the new features and objects look worth it, so I think I will still be buying it. 4laugh

Has anybody else seen the Katy Perry Limited Edition? It's got some bazzarre items included. I think I'll be skipping that version.
Actually I've already pre-ordered the regular Limited Edition version anyway.

I think a lot of people did. Apparently there is one available on the official exchange. The official Sims 3 facebook page linked to it about a week ago.
