So this west coast legend/former understudy for the legendary Dr. Dre is now runnin' with the hatchet eh? That's cool. Before we talk about him a bit. I would like to give you guys some info on him. He's a founding member of Above The Law. He along with Dr. Dre, Warren G, Daz, and DJ Pooh helped created the blueprint to the G-funk sound. He gained a huge hit in 1992 with Above The Law for the song "Call It What You Want" which also featured 2Pac. Just like Dr. Dre he has produced songs for both Ruthless Records and Death Row Records. 187um has produced 2 hit songs from Eazy-E: Neighborhood Sniper from 1992's 5150 Home 4 Tha Sick EP, and Any Last Werdz from 1993's It's On (Dr.Dre) 187um Killa EP (or 187 It's on Dre as fan's called it.) and has overseen production on 2 posthumous 2Pac albums (Until The End Of Time and Better Dayz) as well as a collection of unreleased Dogg Pound songs that put together the album "2002".In 2004 his career was put on hold when he was jailed for drug trafficking. After his release he left Death Row and began his run on the indie scene. He is the nephew of late/legendary R&B singer/producer/songwritter Willie "The Mack" Hutch.

His album "The final Solution" will be released in 2012 sometime from Psychopathic/Big Shot Music Group.
