[JRP] A band of unusual members

How the group had joined together it was unsure, all of them female. Miye had created the group being a grumpy female it was her job to band the group together, she had picked up a dawnwalker who wished to see the world, a strange female who had nothing better going for her and a rogue with a mind much like Miye.

"Miye are you sure this is where we will make our home?" Fita asked curiously. She and Miye had found a bond that meant they were the leaders of the group. Ahmes was the next one who seemed to know what was going on but she had been brought up well, as for the last, Delwyn was the pretty one, she lacked the brains but she was something to look at and knew how to play males. That had helped them on their travels.

"Fita m'dear you worry too much. This will be home, for now at least you know none of you are bound to me." Miye looked at Fita with affection. She wished her own daughter could be more like Fita.

"Right girls keep a look out for a lion that will look as if they are in charge." Miye browsed the area. The group of girls could be seen as a challenge but they had travelled for a long time now and were looking to rest.

It was a day of rest. The pride was slowly coming back to the way it was before. Now, all he needed to do was bring it back to it’s forming glory. Denahi had an idea, but he needed to confirm it with others before he decided to go with it. He still felt rather awkward when it came to leading the pride. Sisal helped him a lot with it, but still…it just wasn’t his place. He once thought it was, but not now.

He was broken from his thoughts when he heard the sounds of others approaching.

“Who goes there?” The aging lion called out, rising to his feet, hearing his old bones cracking. How he managed to live this long was a crazy thought to him. He was so reckless as a child.

Miye stopped the band of travellers from going any further, trying to make sure that it didn't seem the group were there to threaten anyone.

"Wait here." She looked at Fita to basically make sure the other two youngsters stayed put. She then walked towards the older lion, holding her head high. She was an old lioness but she had umph to her and she never let anyone push her around.

"We have come to seek a home, do you know who we need to speak to?" The question was a simple one. "There are four of us, all female as you can see. Ahmes came from a pride where she felt restricted and so she wishes to be in a pride where she has more freedom. Delwyn, Fita and myself are just rogues looking for a home." She spoke carefully and properly. She didn't wish to insult as for once she wanted to settle. She had spent too much of her life wandering around with no purpose.
