[ The Family ] Note: they are not related to the PL royal line. Mohombi: The father to this litter. He's a down to earth kind of male who lived with his brother, Sambi, for the longest time. Upon meeting Ankara though, he swiftly joined the Pridelands, a pride that his brother had talked about with it's fertile hunting grounds and great kings. He's a good father, protective of his family, including his brother. He'll play with them, teaching them to hunt early on and dote on them when their sick. Ankara: The mother to this litter. Ankara is a strong-willed lioness and tends to focus too much on certain things, to the point that she will forget pretty much anything else. She tries not to, but Ankara is the type to go for something and not back off until the job is done. She left her home pretty early on, wanting to prove herself in the world. As tough as it was at times she did enjoy the freedom, though also missed being around so many others, as she had been used to as a cub. After finding Mohombi she saw a good opportunity to find a place to settle down, a chance to gain/start a new family.Sambi: The uncle to this litter and Mohombi's brother.Alor'el: (Quaji)The eldest of the litter. Alor'el has a fierce determination that will lead him to become very protective of his family from an early age. Despite the fact that he looks almost nothing like his family he doesn't let that get him down. Bold and courageous border lining stupidity, Alor'el will not back down from a challenge, or a fight.
Kanelin: (Mia Sharra) Kanelin is a quiet boy, though he doesn't like solitude. He loves being around others and the more there are the better.
Nzasi: (Quaji) The eldest girl. She has little concept of physical age, only mental. If the person she is talking to proves to be of young mental age, she will talk to them as such, which can cause problems when speaking with lions older then her. She likely only sees allies and family, not friends. This little lioness already comes off cold and calculating.
Chakleti: (Soarin`)
"Zero": (Schicksalswende) Outwardly, Zero appears cold and emotionless to others. However, it is shown that he has the capacity to care for others and, to some extent love. Zero keeps his cool under most circumstances. No matter what his enemies do to him, he is always able to come up with a retort.
In spite of not viewing himself as a hero, Zero has often displayed a tendency to sacrifice himself for the sake of others. He also shows distaste for innocent deaths. Even though Zero does not openly show it, he, too, seems to long for peace for everyone. However, he has said that he doesn't have any problems fighting.

Your mother frets over you, but your father is worried that you won't even survive to see your first winter. Even your other siblings worry of you at all times, especially the eldest three; Alor'el, Kanelin & Nzasi. Prompt 1Your father and the rest litter are out playing and wrestling while your mother keeps you and the boy on the left inside of the den in order to keep your safe due to your smaller size. Of course she has a valid point though. Now is your chance to prove that you're just as strong as your siblings though! Do you try to convince your mother to let you play or accept your fate as the young, weaker sibling? If you manage to convince her, do you prove your strength? [CINNABOY PLZ] Name: Hasan Meaning: Handsome (Swahili). Or Kasim (meaning Controller of anger in African)
Personality: For one so young, he is as stubborn as they come. Whether it be bed time or hunting lessons, he has his own ideas and pursues them until physically dragged away. He hates being considered weaker than his older siblings and constantly struggles to prove that he is just as good as them, which mostly includes picking fights with his older brothers when ever he can. If no sibling is near by he will fight other cubs, though usually has the sense to stick to those closer to his own age, but has been known to pick a fight with older juveniles and adolescents if he catches them picking on younger cubs, though he will deny and 'good will' if confronted with his attempts at 'rescuing' the bullied youngsters. Most consider him unfriendly and rather spoilt but he is only trying to prove to his family that he doesn't need coddling. When it comes to his younger brother, he will often enlist his aid or bully the younger into joining him on his various exploits, since his brother is considered weaker than he, he is equally determined to prove his brother's strength as he is his own. Typically loud and brash, and one of the most fiery tempered of the litter, he rarely lets anyone see his sweeter side, but he does have one and it will slowly come out as he grows and begins to realise that he doesn't have to be so defensive the entire time, and that he can just be himself without anyone looking down on him, but that wont be until he is nearly an adult.
Any plot ideas?: RP with his parents of course. Defending his youngest brother from another member of the pride. He would likely butt heads with Nzasi frequently, being all fire and passion to her cool aloofness. He will probably be at his most agreeable around his brother Kanelin, more willing to play like a cub rather than want to fight the entire time. Do you have any Pridelanders? One rogue-lined boy

[CINNABOY PLZ]Name: Kifimbo Meaning: Swahili for small branch
Personality: Kifimbo hates being doted on. He hates that everyone thinks because he is small, that he is weak. He doesn't like his father or his older siblings much at all. He loves them, but doesn't like them. He loves his mother and his younger brother. As much as it bothers him that the family sees him this way, he knows that it must bother his younger brother even more, because he is the youngest. Kifimbo will and does pretend to be sick or hurt just to allow his youngest brother a chance to seek off and prove for the both of them that younger and small doesn't mean weaker.
Any plot ideas?: Pretending to get hurt or sick to distract their family so that his younger brother can go off and prove his strength. Playing with his youngest brother, probably only since his older siblings won't constantly be by their mothers side and probably because he doesn't care to play with them. Maybe a few with his father where Kifimbo is barely answering him or paying him any attention. At some point he'll decide that he doesn't want to be anything like their dad and refuses to be a hunter, instead seeks to be a scout and trains himself for that. Do you have any Pridelanders? Sar

[CINNABOY PLZ] Name: Mdalasini Meaning: Cinnamon tree/bark
Personality: Mdalasini revels in his smaller size. It allows him to sit in the sidelines and observe others, as they ignore him for his smaller stature. Because of this, he's become skilled at looking for any weaknesses, either in words or actions, putting up practiced guards against others guessing his own intentions.
Any plot ideas?: I have no plans of him leaving the pride heart I have one girl in the pride now who'll be all "You're my boyfriend now, and you get no choice in the matter!" at him. Maybe that's her Firekin blood showing up... XD; He'll strive to be something more than a hunter, though! Very likely a scout. Do you have any Pridelanders? Three ex-Pridelanders(Lined, one dead), two unlined Pridelanders, one lined cub in the pride
[GOLDEN BOY PLZ] Name: Asali'devu Meaning: Honey hair on the face
Personality: Quite the little rebel, Asali refuses to let his small size get in his way of anything. If there's an elephant blocking the water, he'll try to move it himself, by any means necissary. At least... So he imagines. In reality, he can bevery timid, shy, and... Not really strong in the least. In fact, Asali's quite the little porker, finding comfort in food from his mother... And there's a lot of comfort needed to be found for him. His quiet and frightful nature belies a hidden intelligence about the world around him, such as what plants are safe to eat and which ones will help with what, or the migratory patterns of each prey beast.
Prompt Number: 3 Prompt Response: Asali huddled against his mother, listening to his brothers and sisters play and fight and, generally, be cubs. He let out a light huff, opting to ignore them, and purred as he was groomed. This was the perfect life, he figured. He didn't have to do anything, he was doted on, and he was spoiled. So what about what the others thought of him?
And yet.. While his brothers and sisters and parents doted, he'd heard the jeers from the other cubs in the pride. One had even called him 'butter ball', whatever butter was. Did it taste good...? What did it even look like? How did-- He was distracting himself...
He recalled the last time he'd run into that Jahina cub, how she'd made fun of just how rolly and fat he was.
"Look at you," declared the light-orange cub, "you're as round as a pill bug and you go twice as slow!" She jabbed with a paw at his belly, watching it jiggle and ripple. "If a drought hit, we could probably live a week off YOUR fat carcass!"
Asali's lower lip trembled as his ears went back, paws shuffling as he tried to get away. When the laughter finally became too much, he hurried back to his mother, tears running down his cheeks and tail almost dragging behind him.
The cub wiped a paw on his face, letting out a harumph. Who needed lions like HER as potential friends? He'd find someone else. But who? Asali yawned, deciding to figure that out later. For now, a nap was calling his name, and soon he answered it, his dreams filled with him growing up to be a big, huge, strong lion with lionesses fawning all over him as he prowled the grasses.
Any plot ideas?: For this little guy, not too many, though I could see him getting bullied a lot(Thus seeking a lot of comfort food), before a girl eventually stands up for him and more or less takes the place of his mother in being babied by her. OR, he'll meet a girl that forces him to get into shape and stop feeling so sorry for himself. In either case, he'll remain a hunter. Do you have any Pridelanders? See above!

[GOLDEN BOY PLZ] Name: Acharon Meaning: "Last" in Hebrew. Straight to the point. XD
Personality: Small and sickly as he is, he has little tolerance for pity and an explosive temper with a short fuse. Often times, excessive coddling puts him in a sour, brooding mood. Fret for his condition drives him into recklessness which doesn't help his situation in the least. He's determined to show that he's just as strong and capable as the others though he tires easily and obviously can't keep up with the others in his litter.
Prompt Number: 3 Prompt Response: There was only one thing in the world that he wanted to be called, one title that he would give anything to have associated with him, just one quality that seemed would never be his. Strong. From birth he was a small thing, barely a pile of skin and bones. His parents had half expected him to pass away within the first few days of life but he fought tooth and claw for life. He was given a simple name, one that dictated his place in the litter but allowed for little attachment in case he simply didn't have the will to survive. His father had spent hours licking his small, wrinkled coat to promote blood flow to stimulate his heart.
He'd survived though filling out was another story. He was thin as a lath and had a gangly look to him. His paws were too big for his body, his mane hadn't begun to crown his head, and his fur was almost as rough as his temper. His parents stepped on eggshells around him, worrying over whether or not he'd eaten his fill, fussing whenever one of his over-sized paws sent him sprawling out on the ground, and scolding him when he pushed himself to wheezing. His siblings got the worst of it. If they were too rough or did something he couldn't be involved in they were scolded for it and he soon fell under less-than-happy scowls as a result.
He'd worked himself up again that morning when he'd tried climbing up a large boulder simply to prove that he could. His oldest brother had climbed it with little effort and had declared that he was king of the rock. The other cubs quickly took that as a challenge and up until he began wheezing, it had been a great game. One of his sisters had ratted him out, the game was over, and he was hauled back to the den to settle.
His mother had brought him a bird. He loved feathers, loved to play with them, pull at them, and chaise after them when a wind stirred them up but the little toy-meal was ignored. Ach laid out with his chin on the cool stone of the den, his paws stretched out in front and behind him, his tail twitching unhappily. Nearby he could feel the concerned eyes of his father on him, worrying and seething with frustration. He was difficult but well-meaning. Ach never meant any harm in his antics and it ate at him to worry his parents but with every challenge he felt he was just within reach of improvement. At this rate the hunters wouldn't allow him along. What if the border was attacked and he was told to stay behind? He wanted to fight, and knew he could fight just as good as any of them! He wanted to fall under the proud smile of his father and see nothing but relief in his mother's eyes. He wanted them to feel that they hadn't failed him as parents but days like this ground at him. He didn't want to be difficult but he did...
Grumbling, he reached over and slapped the little bird's body away from himself. He'd play with it later.
Any plot ideas?: As he grows I would like him to stay unusually small with a thinned mane and a gaunt frame. He'll remain a little frail in health but retain his spitfire personality. The more he's told he can't do something the more he's going to do it and the harder he's going to try. I would like to find someone to plot with for a puppy love to grow into a loving relationship from cubhood into adulthood. I do have a cub in the pridelands that's an outright bully that will push him around but Ach would, time and again, try to stand up for himself only to limp home with nibbled ears and a bruised frame. Ideally, I'd like to find a little girl that'll realize that coddling and pity only fires him up and uses it to push him forward. Perhaps said girly will have an intolerance for Tawala's bullying and try to save little Ach some dignity by standing up to him and...well only bruising his ego further. I really love the idea of having a complicated love triangle between Ach, Tawala, and a firey little girl where Tawala thinks said lady is his girlfiend, she likes Ach, and Ach is completely oblivious to the whole affair. (Perhaps out of being so obsessed with feeling sorry for himself, it's something that he'll have to face as he grows older and eventually confront and over-come to get his lady in the end.)
Do you have any Pridelanders? (both lined and un-lined) Yes. XD I have two females, one adult and one juvie (the juvie I will likely use as his lady-friend if I can't find any offers within the first two months). I have Tawala, the bully from Mwali's line, and Dalziel, a mute cub who would likely buddy up to Ach.

[CINNABOY PLZ] Name: Hodari Meaning: Wise, Clever
Personality: Cub/Juv – Hodari feels bad for his sickly younger brother, often choosing to stay near then den with him rather than play with his other siblings. He has little interest in learning how to hunt, and will turn out to be quite bad at it. Since he isn’t used to playing and too fragile to explore, Hodari listens to stories from the nannies and storytellers to satisfy his intense curiosity. As he gets older, Hodari will develop a hunger for knowledge. He will see strength in wisdom rather than the physical kind.
Adol/Adult - He will be down-to-earth, logical, and calculating, so much so that he will become emotionally distant. A Spock-like character, if you will. I imagine Hodari will become sarcastic and cynical as well. Not quite bitter, but certainly not the happy-go-lucky type. He is blunt about the truth and what he thinks is the right thing to do, not afraid to speak his mind. He will be an excellent problem solver and peace-maker, as he views everything objectively. Hodari can be a little socially awkward and shy. He doesn’t do well with loud and hyperactive lions, preferring the company of quiet and mature individuals. Out of touch with his own emotions, he doesn’t do well in situations that involve crying or grief. In fact, crying makes him extremely uncomfortable. On the flip side, Hodari can be an effective calming presence in situations involving rage and anger. He isn’t intimidated by yelling and snarls. He can sit there and be screamed at until the other lion calms down and is able to think more rationally. Hodari isn’t much of a fighter, and won’t get along very well with his other siblings. Out of the litter, he will probably get along best with Nzasi, Kanelin and the youngest brother (depending on personality).
Any plot ideas?: Hodari will turn out to be a Historian. In his Juv years he will probably butt heads with his father depending on how overbearing he is about hunting. The right friends (and girlfriend) may be able to draw him out of his shell a little. How much so will determine whether he will use his role as an historian to help teach the cubs alongside the story-tellers or be in more of an advisor role to older lions. Do you have any Pridelanders?: Nope!

[GOLDEN BOY PLZ] Name: Dahabu Meaning: 'golden' in Swahili
Personality:
Dahabu may be small in size, but he has a huge spirit, a strong will to live, and his little mind is as sharp as a tack (for his age, anyway). As he has gradually become aware of his small stature and proposed 'weakness', he will adopt a mindset to disprove everyone around him. He's not angry about it per say, but be is eager to show his siblings and parents that he can be strong in his own way. Thus, he will lean towards a sort of brains over brawn approach. He will test his limitations and learn about himself (or try to) and act accordingly. Small does not equal useless or weak!
Dahabu will very much look up to his older siblings for inspiration and learning. He is in awe of Alor'el and his raw strength. While he knows he will never match his older brother in this trait, he will always appreciate his brother's protective stance over him, especially when dealing with whatever bullies may come in the future. He also admires sister Nsazi's calculating ways and will try to emulate her in this characteristic, though he will not display her coldness.
On the contrary, Dahabu is a warm, charming little fellow, and will have a way with words. He is very observant, and unknowingly follows a sort of 'look before you leap' motto. He enjoys being able to pick out details and learn things about his surroundings before delving into them. As a child he will try to negotiate his way through everything, aware that he will probably not be able to get it through brute force alone. This won't keep him from working at that though. On the other side of the fence, he'll learn, there is always stealth, and speed. He'll train in those respects, when it comes to fighting other lions, when he has to. Hunting might be a bit harder for him, but since teamwork is always an option within a pride, he will improve as he grows older.
While Dahabu is very determined, like any child he will become frustrated or downtrodden at times. He absolutely abhors being called a 'runt', and if anything gets his feathers ruffled it will be that, despite its truth as a fact. He has some patience for teasing, but will rarely physically lash out. He is more apt to stew over things instead, planning fitting vengeance for later (not in an evil/cruel/malevolent way, mind you. Some lions just need to be taught lessons is all). If he is forced to deal with bullies or enemies alone, he will rely on wit and trickery to get out of trouble. While he will appreciate his family, their over-protectiveness may get to him sometimes, causing him to be snappy or impatient, depending on the situation.
Overall, though, Dahabu loves his family and is eager to see the world and experience it alongside his siblings and parents. He wants to make his father proud, and someday help their pride as best as he can manage.
Prompt Number: A mix of 2 and 3 (with a small bit of 1, sort of)
Prompt Response:
Finally. Finally. His mother had finally come around to the idea of letting him be out and about, like the others were allowed to do. He swore, it was as if she thought he was going to snap like a twig out here, at the smallest little scuffle or play fight. Dahabu sucked in a deep breath of air as he padded down the little path, enjoying the feel of the smooth ground beneath his paws. If it weren't for his brother, the weeks he'd spent den-bound would have driven him crazy. It was so hard to be the youngest, sometimes. He'd never made a big deal out of it really, but the others had, especially mom. It really got to be annoying at times, but he knew it was only their love of him that made them so frightened for his safety. Still, he was hungry for adventure, hungry for fun, to see the world outside their den.
Now was that time! And how glorious it felt. He nodded politely to a small group of adults as he passed by, on the lookout for his siblings, knowing that they were probably off with their father somewhere. The others always got to go out with dad, and he'd always been horribly jealous. Especially when he'd taken them out on short field trips, to the watering hole, and even a short distance into the grasslands, where their pride hunted for food. He'd been so cross with his mother that day. Things would change, now. He'd show everyone that he wouldn't get lost, that he wasn't so weak that he couldn't walk all the way out and back.
Little did Dahabu know, an opportunity to prove himself would come sooner than expected. As he rounded a bend in the path that snaked its way through their rocky home, he got an eyeful of a situation that surprised him. There, in the shade of one of the large boulders, was Alor'el, caught up in a snarling tangle with a cub that was a good deal larger than he. Older looking, too. Good old Alor'el...he'd never back down from any fight. But he could be so foolish at times. Dahabu crouched down and slunk closer, to see what the argument was about, though both opponents didn't pay him any heed as he drew closer.
"I was using that for stalking practice! Why did you have to go and do that!?"
Dahabu bristled a little. Why, Alor'el had gotten himself into a fight with a little juvenile female! His brother did not respond to the female cub's angry quandary, but soon, he saw what they were fighting over. A big fat grasshopper lay dead in the dust nearby, and he could only assume that she'd been playing with it before Alor'el had come along. He watched for a few moments more, and it was easy to see that the other cub's age was giving her an advantage. Though there was no way to figure out her side of the story, Dahabu wasn't about to let his big brother go on alone in an unmatched fight!
He gave a tiny roar, his little war cry, and barreled at the two in a frenzied reverie. He would know how to break this one up, and he smiled inwardly at his sly plan. Almost immediately Alor'el looked up, and so did the she-cub, but by then, Dahabu had pounced on both of them, laughing, and struggling to make it sound genuine. "Guys, hey, whatcha doin', guys?? Are you play fighting?"
"Hmph, not anymore! You can tell your dumb brother here to keep away from my grasshopper, next time." the girl cub snarked, clearly not interested in fighting a battle with Alor'el AND one of his siblings...though the kid did look like a shrimp. Not worth the effort, though, and so she backed off, glaring at the two of them in a very unimpressed sort of way.
"There's lots of grasshoppers, you'll find another." Dahabu called as she turned to stalk away, snickering softly when she was out of earshot. He grinned over at Alor'el, who still had a rather surprised look on his face. "You oughta be more careful. Picking fights with big kids, now?" Dahabu got in a little tease, giving a soft-pawed swat to his brother's shoulder.
"I didn't know it was her grasshopper. It was a really big one, too!" he huffed in exasperation. Some cubs just didn't know how to share...especially girls. Then again, he'd kinda sorta smushed it. He'd have been miffed too, but not to the point of fighting over it. Right? He peered at his smaller sibling quietly.
"You should be more careful like you're always telling me...but anyway, where are the others? I wanna come play before mom changes her mind and I have to stay in the den forever!"
The siblings laughed, and Dahabu followed at his brother's heels as he lead them down the path to where the others were playing. He was oh-so pleased that his ploy had managed to save his brother from a potentially embarrassing butt-whooping by a girl of all things. He was sworn to secrecy along the way, and gleefully joined everyone in a game of tag when they arrived.
Any plot ideas?:
- While he will remain small and 'weak' for most of his life, as I explained in the prompt he's gonna try to swap out strength for agility. For this kid's future, I think the scout rank might be really fitting. I see him as a sort of small and swift type of guy, and since he's really observant and good with words, he can deal well with strangers that wander around the border. He won't have to be a great fighter to help out the pride :3
-Maybe some interaction with his eldest brother, Alor'el, involving teaching one another skills. Alor'el can help Dahabu with basic fighting skills, while Dahabu could help his brother with strategy, seeing as his personality is described as 'Bold and courageous border lining stupidity'.
-Lots of other interactions with his family, I'm all for RP and plots. I don't have anything super specific, though. Maybe be a pal with his uncle since they have such similar colors :3
-of course, open to plots and general RP to whoever wins the other little brother!
Do you have any Pridelanders? I just customed into a litter, so I'll have one lined PLer when he comes.

[CINNABOY PLZ] Name: Kijicho Meaning: 'Jealousy' in Swahili
Personality: Kijicho wants one thing in life: the utmost love of his father. Although Kijicho is aware that both parents adore him and his siblings, he also knows that his father prefers the older cubs. Being younger (and, admittedly, smaller), Kijicho feels he is disadvantaged in his father's eyes. Thus, he intends to do all he can to win over his affections. Other than his raving jealousy, Kijicho is a rather quiet and curious. He likes exploring and discovering things, but rarely likes to talk about his discoveries. Greedy, Kijicho prefers to keep things to himself. When he does talk, he tends to be snappy in his remarks, as he has a rather grumpy disposition (none are sure where this comes from - he comes from such a nice family!). Overall, Kijicho is an envious, reserved sort who prefers to wander off alone rather than be with others.
Any plot ideas?: I see Kijicho striving as much as he can to become "the best" in Mohombi's eyes. This will all be a part of his imagination, but everything will be seen as a competition between him and his siblings: who can charm the prettiest mate, have the most cubs, achieve the highest rank. He'll spend his life dedicated to making himself the best that he possibly can in hopes of raising his worth in his father's eyes (again, all in his imagination). I intend to raise him to the head scout position if I can, along with helping him charm the tail off the prettiest lady he can find in the pride (or maybe, since he's a scout, out of the pride). Do you have any Pridelanders? None!

[CINNABOY PLZ] Name: Kannèl Meaning: "Cinnamon" in Haitian Creole
Personality: Kannèl is spirited, defiant and hot-blooded, though mostly to gain his father's attention. He has a curious streak in him that could have started the phrase "...killed the cat." He is nosy and wants to discover every smell, sound or sight in any given situation (partly because of her sensory boredom as a younger lion). Kannèl prides himself in his intelligence, wit and ability to quickly adapt. He also often seeks to rough house with any given playmate or stranger, which is most definitely not one of the brightest ideas. The most important piece to him, however, is his constant yearning for truth, knowledge and rationality. Kannèl always keeps his mind clear and ready to absorb as necessary. He is constantly analyzing, critiquing and observing to whatever extent he feels appropriate. If he is anywhere, its in his own head, attempting to make sense of everything around him. Many a time, this becomes a fault as he fades off into his own reality, apathetic towards the words of any who attempt to converse with him in his inner trances. Much of his time spent thinking is wasted on wondering how he could make his father respect him as much as his older siblings. He would never harm a family member, but he would have no problem doing his best to outdo them in everything.
Any plot ideas?:
Much of his energy as a young lion will be spent trying to get his father's attention and really making himself well-known among the pride so that his father might begin to see him as being worthy. He will meet with many of the pride's Historians and Storytellers so that he may learn as much as he possibly can about the pride and the world outside the pride. He will eventually become a Historian, though it may take him a while to get there. After he has been fully developed and maintained his position as a Historian, he will search for a mate among the pride and, hopefully, have cubs that he can love equally.
Do you have any Pridelanders? Nope! <3

[GOLDEN BOY PLZ] Name: Sundiata Meaning: Sundiata is the name of the first known king of Mali, he was born the youngest and weakest of eleven siblings. He was small and frail, but grew up to be a strong and powerful king.
Personality: Sundiata is a little spitfire with a strong heart and a love for all things in life. Even though he is not as physically strong or fast as his siblings, he can always been seen with a confident smile on his little face. Also, being kept home so much, he has become a mama's boy and loves being with her, even though he tries to escape from her frequently. Because of this, Sundiata has developed her strong will and focus, giving his mother more than enough trouble with him by her side.
This little guy knows that his family constantly worries over him, but he does his very best to prove their worries wrong. Evey morning, he makes sure that he wakes everyone of them up so that the first thing they see is him, especially his father. Having to stay near his mother, he doesn't tire himself out during the day like his siblings, so he always wakes up before everyone else. Of all of his siblings, he actually tends to be closer to his eldest sister, Nzasi. Nzasi is very cool to him, because, despite his physical form, Sundiata is very clever. Oftentimes, he will agree with his sister's assessment of others knowing that he will not get into as much trouble because of his size. Whenever he can get away from his mother, he enjoys spending time with her and devising plots against their other siblings.
With limited mobility, Sundiata spends much of his time watching and listening to the world around him. He is often the one that knows everything about everyone, which isn't always good when he's with Nzasi. His frailty upsets him at times, which can lead to some very loud tantrums, but he is a generally happy cub. As he gets older, he will realize that his weakness is simply a part of him and is something that he will have to overcome.
Prompt Number: 2 Prompt Response: Sundiata was happily walking between his sister Nzasi and his brother Alor'el. For once, his mother had let him out of her sight, so long as he stayed with his older siblings. Even though he wasn't trusted to be on his own due to his tiny stature and limited strength, he was ecstatic to be out.
As they walked, he spotted some other cubs their age, and having little social skills, he proceeded to run up to them wanting to play. Despite the shouts that he heard from Nzasi and Alor'el, he came right up to one of the cubs without fear. "You wanna play?," he asked hopefully. The little boy had no friends aside from his family, and being kept next to his mother constantly drove him a little insane. Unfortunately, before his elder siblings could catch up to him, he was promptly knocked over by the very cub he was attempting to befriend. "You're too little and weak to play with us! Go away!," the cub told Suni. Hearing this immediately damped his good mood, and he almost wished that he was back home.
Although, before he began to throw a tantrum and say something nasty that might have gotten him into trouble, he saw Alor'el flying toward the offending cub. Surprised, he ran to Nzasi and watched as the fight ensued. Initially, he was too surprised to react, but after being nudged by his sister, he began to root his brother on. Another of the cubs started forward, as if to help the other, but a cold look shot by Nzasi immediately stopped him in his tracks. Suni smiled at her, and proceeded to give his own version of her cold stare. His sister was so cool.
Finally, after several minutes of fighting, his brother stepped away and warned the others against bothering Sundiata, with Nzasi backing him up. As they began to walk away, he was scolded a bit by his elder sister and brother, but he was so excited from watching Alor'el win the fight, that he barely paid attention to what they were saying. Suni never meant to get in trouble, it just happened sometimes. When they returned home, he told his mother all that had happened, even at the risk of not being let out again anytime soon. Sundiata fell asleep that night, his little heart swollen with pride, and dreamed of a mighty brother defending him, and a calculating sister keeping him safe. Nobody had sisters and brothers like he had.
Any plot ideas?: Sundiata will remain frail up into his late juvenile/early adolescenece, then, as an adolescent, he will begin to grow more. With increased strength, he will start training himself to gain the strength that he never had. He will go through a brief period of obsessing over his body and disliking others that are weak because they remind him of his own weakness. As an adult, he will calm down and dedicate himself to protecting those that are weak like he once was. Sundiata will become a scout (with RP's) at adulthood, and pride himself in watching over his homeland. Do you have any Pridelanders? I have one unlined lioness

[CINNABOY PLZ] Name: Aricin (Cin for a nickname) Meaning: I liked the concept of the "cinna" in the label, so I centered his name around "Cin". His name means: "Son of the Eternal King."
Personality: I would have to rp him out in order to flesh out his persona, but basically I see him as an adventure loving mother's boy. Cin instead of holding resentment towards his father focus on the elder cubs inhertiting "stronger blood", Cin focuses on his mothers love; that is good enough for him. Cin is a sweet yet shy fellow that doesn't need to prove his worth to anyone but himself. He enjoys going out with his father as he teaches hunting lessons, and he enjoys helping his mother stay on task when she gets to centered around an activity. He does not enjoy tasks that involve him being put into an "alpha" role but rather one that implements ideas for the greater good.
Any plot ideas?: -Sibling roleplay for sure! -Parent interaction as well. -Cub RP interaction. -Another idea I have in mind is causing unintended mischief and running to his mother when things go wrong. -Possible awkward moments with his father wherein Cin tries to prove himself but fails miserably >.< -Someone bullying him? -Cin getting trapped in a cave-in along the boarders of the Pridelands.
