WANTED: Posting Layout for Roleplay. WILL PAY.

I would like to commission one of you fine graphic makers for a posting layout.
I will pay up to 60,000 depending on the quality and whether or not you code it.
If you suck at coding then feel free to just do the graphics and leave the coding to me.
If you're nice enough to include it, then I will pay you more. : )

Please be sure to let me know BEFORE making the graphics that you are doing so because I WILL want to see samples!
I'd prefer it if you'd just post like three of your best examples in the reply to this thread.
Also quote me so that I know you're interested.
I need this done ASAP so I WILL be looking at other shops in the forums so if replying here doesn't work PM me your samples, because once I find a shop/person to do this for me I will close this down.

Here is my photobucket of the model I am using (kudos/brownie points to you if you have a vampirefreaks account and can get me more recent pictures.)
The character's title is The Romanian Sex Kitten (but don't include that in the graphics.)
Her name (include this) is Sorina Titania Goiter, nickname Soarry.
Age is eighteen years old.
I don't really care about the color scheme as long as you use two primary colors and one monochrome shade as I will be using these same colors for the posting text (so also make sure they're readable.)
