Ahoyhoy, it's contest time again! Sort of xd Up for grabs are a couple little Pridelander cubs - A set of twins! We'll get to them here in a minute, first a couple rules! 1. These cubs may not leave the pride! Even at adulthood, they cannot leave. They can VISIT someone, but they need to return home at some point! 2. This is an important one - Because they're related to a significant chunk of SoA, future mates need to be picked CAREFULLY. Meaning, 0 blood relation! If you're not sure if a lion's related or not, poke me, I may remember who's related to who smile 3. For the love of fuzzy and cute things, PLEASE no romance between the twins or any of their siblings D: I can't tell you enough how much this wierds me the hell out! 4. Unless you meet the RP requirements for a rank change, these cubs will be a hunter and a huntress. Pride's actually specific about that one. 5. While they ARE grandchildren of Scar, please no plots of them trying to take over smile Danzi's very happy with NOT being in charge, and he's making sure his children are raised with this mindset. Royal blood doesn't necessarily mean a lion HAS to be up there wink 6. These two come pre-named, to make things easier for me - I'd appreciate the names not being changed ^^;; 7. Have fun! You may enter for both, but only win one! The family The parents Danzi - He's the father of the cubs, and one of only two children of Scar, the brother of Mufasa. He holds no ambitions for a higher position in the pride, rather enjoying being a hunter and another face in the pride. By now he's aware of the true story of why Mufasa was king, but he's been telling the cubs that Mufasa was first-born, not Scar. It felt easier that way for him. He's had a very long life, with an equally long story to go with it, between an oasis in a far away desert, a jungle, roguelands, Pridelands, Motoujamii desert, roguelands again, Pridelands again... He's done traveling!  Kimiko - The mother of the cubs and one of quite a number of Nyekundu's daughters. She's kept very quiet about who her sire is within the pride, for fear others will turn against her. Her life's been nearly as long and storied as Danzi's, with many scars to show for it. The litter mates Citrofortunella - Owned by Syrius Lionwing - The oldest cub in the litter  Ashara - Owned by Kimaria - The fourth cub in the litter  Fenice - Owned by Thalion - The fifth cub in the litter and second-youngest girl  Madaha - Owned by Andranis - The second-youngest in the litter, Madaha was named for her paternal grandmother. A happy little lion, she dreams one day of achieving the Head Huntress rank.  Tamu - Owned by Kamileunaire - The youngest in the litter and, according to Kimiko, the fanciest looking little boy she's ever seen.

The twin sister This is Salama, the twin sister! She's a hyper cub, with lots of spunk and attitude! Think of Simba when you think of her! She's also found herself particularly fond of singing and dancing! The name of the game with her is music! Find me a song, and tell me how she'd rock out to it! The twin brother This is Sefu, the twin brother! He's a little shy, but very friendly! He's very fond of butterflies and pretty things, as well as cute and fuzzy things! The name of the game with him is images! Find me images that best describe the subjects in the prompts for him! smile Make me melt! Song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkfPvJQAaIEHow does Salama rock out?: She would start by singing to her siblings, tipping her head from side to side with a slight sway eventually going on to full on hopping around and acting out the lyrics of the song, jumping up on rocks and bringing her voice to a conspiritorial whisper at some points of the song. She'd try to get her siblings to sing with her as well, especially her shy twin brother who she would try to provoke into more exuberant happiness to match her own. At some point she would even do a short strutting moon-walk backwards. The entire time she would be happy and excited, looking forward to her future and having adventures such as her parents have had, promising with the song to herself and her siblings and parents that she will become a proud lioness to be remembered~

He would be the butterfly, pretty and somwhat delicate but bringing joy to all those he comes across because he's just that lovely~ A flower: Flower! A butterfly: Butterfly! A baby non-lion: Awww! A pretty pattern: Pattern! And one other things... A fuzzy thing and a caterpillar!What familiar do you think would best go with him?: Probably an avian, to prompt him to be slightly more outgoing and contrast with his shy sweet personality a little bit. Rather than an inhibiting figure of reason to reign him in, it could be amusing if an avian were to get him into a little bit of mischeif that he tries to avoid because he's reluctant sometimes because of his shyness. And he would have to go after her/him because they can fly and he can't! *Giggle*

I'm rocking with Salama! Song: Song! How does Salama rock out?: WELL, if Salama had been born a human, she'd be a professional air-drummer, no doubt about that. All she wants to do is look ridiculous and have a crap ton of fun doing it - and if she can entertain others and make them laugh in the process, then power to her. As it is, poor Sal doesn't have the adequate range of motion in her forelimbs to enable her to thrash about wildly like a real air-drummer, but she'll do her best to compensate with what she's got. You'll see her head-banging, smacking low-hanging leaves, drumming on hollow logs, splashing around in water... basically anything that might make some sort of noise while giving her an excuse to flail around like there's no tomorrow.

I'm rocking with Salama! Song: Cosmic Love by Florence and the Machines ((Forgive me I gave you the original music video, but I think you need it for reference <3 Lyrics can be found here if you need them: Link)) How does Salama rock out?: First off, you better not call her Salama when she is rocking out, when she sings and dances she is Ama, or another abbreviation of her name. She rocks out in the twilight of the day and oncoming night with the fireflies rising above her as her voice breaks silence. She sings of love and adventure, wherever her imagination takes her, and one of her biggest dreams is to walk out onto Pride Rock, not to be queen nor king like those in her family line, but let those of the pridelands hear her voice. This of course would be a dream for her as an adult, as she would only let very few hear her 'real' singing voice, she has stage fright, to say the least. However, she would jump into the water hole, dance in the leaves she would throw into the air, and drum onto hollow logs as he voice booms from her tiny body. Either watch the video linked while listening, or close your eyes and picture Ama beginning to sing this song as she makes her way from a secluded, firefly-lit area heading towards pride rock in the night before the dawn. With those woken from her voice drumming around her. LIke how Simba sang "Just can't wait to be King" and other animals joined in, thats what I picture for her and this song, the very end her standing atop pride rock hearing thunder in the distance and she feels pride in herself as her heart beats loud.

What familiar do you think would best go with him?: While I could totally see him adopting a baby klipspringer, I think he'd do best with a familiar with more cat-like traits, so a serval, or maybe even a genet, might make a good companion for Sefu. In the end he just needs to have a buddy that he can chillax with, so something or feline descent would probably understand and relate to him best.

ChibiterasuWhat familiar do you think would best go with him?: I think that a Hare or Bird would go best with him something cute and cuddly that would be a good friend. I'm rocking with Salama! How does Salama rock out?: At first she singing to the music before she starts dancing around, making dramatic movement's as she dances and jumps in the air trying to act out both parts of the duet at once, and mangeing to almost get it bit not quite. This doesn't put her off however as she still manages to end with a big finish not noticing her siblings stares or any sort of damage she might have caused while she was dancing. Nothing her parents or any of the others say will stop her from dancing around as she sings.

Though it is hard to thrust a shy person out of their shyness I believe Sefu would be the kind to be ok with other shy people. For myself, as a shy lady, I get along most with people who are on the shier side. It's easier on my nerves and I feel like we both can be the most open to eachother..

I'm rocking with Salama! Song: Song! How does Salama rock out?: Salama is all about seeing the best in others and how I see her rocking out is including everyone even those that don't fit in. Confident and not shy at all she enjoys bring the best out of others. Her favourite time to dance is at night with the stars and fire flies all around. Life of the party~
