I just got through looking at how many members we have got in our guild so far, and please don't ask me what caused me to take a look because I have no clue. However, what I do have a clue about, is the amount of active members in our guild. At first, I used to think that maybe a lot of members probably aren't participating a lot like the Captains want them to because they have busy lives, but after today, my point of view has officially changed. Seriously people, you can at least try to participate in the guild at least a few times per week. When I scrolled through each members' last posting dates, I was terribly disappoint myself all of a sudden, seeing that total amount of participation that's been happening in the guild was from only 5-7 posts to absolutely 0, nothing, no posts at all. A very deep blow and disappointment indeed. People, I know that you all might feel the pressure from the captains at times that they are like trying to force you to stay on gaia all the time, but they really aren't. They want you to just try and post something. It don't have to be a very long statement, and don't have to be a bunch of posts every day. If you don't have the time then you just don't have the time, but please, when you do have some time on your hands, at least post "hello, how you doing" or something here in the guild. It only takes a little bit of time to make a post or few. But try to post something, in the guild. We are not trying to be hard on you, we just want a little bit more participating going on in the forums that's all.
