Umarth was nearing the end of her 'shift', and she found, for once, she was not looking forward to it. Tavar's time was always occupied now, with his mates. No time left for his poor lonely cousin, the 'ill-luck child'. And she had no friends, her siblings were either gone or paid her no mind, the rest of her family...She really did have rotten luck. All the other demon seemed to have someone they could spend their time with in one way or another. She had no one.
Sighing, the leaf-eyed lioness stopped and sat, looking around. Umarth would never leave the pride, no matter how tempting it might be to just...go outside and find someone to bring back. Someone she could call her own, friend or otherwise. She snorted and kneaded the ground beneath her front paws. Bah. Useless thoughts. Thankfully, her mother was nowhere near to even be able to suspect her mind's paths.

Bjorn had been out on his own again, the lands couldn't seem to contain this Reaver much longer and he found himself getting urges to find higher ranks within his pride, those thoughts aside he was simply out looking for trouble. Boy had he found it, and he didn't even know it! Strange smells flowed through the air, the smells of new lions, old lions and cubs all around. It had to be a pride.
He felt his pelt shiver, being on a Viking and stumbling upon a pride was bad news for them, more than likely, but being alone, this meant bad news for him if he wasn't careful. Bjorn had finally turned himself around, convinced himself pillaging just wasn't doable when he heard, light, feminine paw steps. Then they stopped, sudden as that, he was sure he was spotted.
Heaving in a deep breath to focus, he ofcourse wasn't afraid, he stepped forward bravely. Ready to face whatever was waiting him, what he found sort of surprsed him. Instantly he recognized the dark colors of what could be the demons. He smirked at this, amused by the immediate look on her face, unlike the majority of lions out there, Bjorn only got soft hearted for one female and she wasn't here. "Aw. why the long face?" It was a sarcastic rhetorical question, he awaited her to whip around as he was behind her.
