Through a website I'm signed up with I found this short vid about meditation.

I have a problem with overheating so I'd like to try getting to a point where I can do a reverse of this meditation, keeping my body cool instead of hot. I have a long way to go before reaching that point though. I knew meditation had great benefits beyond an effect on the mind, but I didn't know the extent of the possibilities.

What do you think about this?
