xxxxx The capital city of the Earth Kingdom is Ba Sing Se. It is by far the largest of any city in the world. In a way it is more a small country in itself than just a city. Since the war ended it has developed and excelled. However, the technology in the city is only a shadow of what is seen in Republic City. The City is decided into three rings Lower, Middle, and Upper. Connecting across these sections is a monorail system, which even though it is the same concept that was used seventy years ago it too has been updated like much of the city.
