Here is a listing of people that may help us resolve case 1166-745-911-78, as of the Lord's year 2078. They are all professionals on their respective table, and must be gathered for this whole crisis to be averted, or better yet, healed.

They are 3 individuals with military experience, 3 with medical, technical or psychological degrees, 2 high profile criminals as well as a few vigilantes that may be good to our crisis. All of the affiliated individuals are above the age of 21 and have been under FBI's / CIA's vigil for an extended amount of time due to matters of interest.

Once they have all been gathered, a complete briefing shall begin and we'll rev up as quickly as possible.
If you're unhappy with our choices, Mr. President, then by all means, please let us know and we'll re-evaluate them.

Specialty / Field: Vigilante, Jade has three years of experience in taking care of those who she and society believe don't deserve a second chance. She is stealthy, and has great aim when it comes to guns and knives.
Achievement(s): She broke into a Senator's home, which was heavily secured, after charges were dropped. It was just to let him know that she could still break in, she took down three officers in the process and made a threat, just before leaving his home and disappearing for a couple months

Bio: Jade grew up on the humble side of a Detroit. She grew up around gangs and much crime. When the gang took her brother's life because he wanted out, she wanted revenge. However, she had promised her father that she wouldn't try until she graduated high school. The years passed and the empty hole in her life grew bigger.

The gang continued to cause havoc. She watched the news and saw all the people who did bad things and got away with it all. Most of them were rich, politicians or like her, born in poverty, raised in it and looking for a quick way out. She did what she could to stay out of trouble. Then she graduated.

She took classes on martial arts, gun safety and took an interest in blades. By the time that she graduated, she would choose to not be underestimated. She took down the leader of the gang, she started with casual threats, then she killed him. He wouldn't harm another person again.

She watched the news. She read "Death Note" and got an idea. She didn't see the public doing anything. The police were only doing their jobs and some of the m were dirty cops. She didn't have a magical notebook that would not have her connected to the threats and crimes, but she could make a difference. She would become the unwanted hero.

She made her stealthy threats, and the News gave her the name of "Shadow". She didn't want the fame. She hated it. So she became more secretive and led two lives. One job, she was caught, just outside of the senator's home, after making a threat.

She got out after serving time for breaking and entering, as well as putting three guards to sleep. She hated to kill but she would if she had to. Ever since then, she has been on her toes, avoiding the FBI, having a feeling that they were watching her. She wouldn't cross politicians off the list, but she knew that she would have to be more careful.
