The outer walls of the Northern City are very sturdy walls of ice that require immense firepower to shut down. Guards watch these walls all day long and search for knowledge of intruders, though nothing is often found. Getting into the city is pretty easy as the guards tend to be lenient and don't ask much questions unless you're obviously shady or obviously an intruder. The walls are situated right behind the initial harbor, and watch over those coming in.

XXXXXXXXXXOOC: ...

The expressions of surprise on the wall guard's faces when Yuula skidded to a halt in front of them was priceless. Maili might have enjoyed it more if she still had feeling in her face. More than anything, she was grateful that they had found the city. Yuula paced a little at the gate, trying to preserve the warmth she had gained in her limbs, as Maili called down to the guards, "I'm sorry, but we're in a bit of a rush. Could you open up for us? My eel-hound and I are about to freeze out here, and we have an urgent message for the Leader of your tribe."

The guards started discussing among themselves, at which Yuula started whining and wheezing. One of the guards gave the beast a startled and worried look as Maili leaned forward to pat her neck with a shaking hand. "Hang in there, Yuula. I'll get you somewhere warm soon, I promise."

The worried guard -- a woman Maili noted -- stepped forward and waved at them. "Go on through. The stables will be able to help warm her up, even if she has to cuddle with some polar bear-dogs."

"Thank you so much." Meili gave the woman a grateful smile as the gates slid open. Yuula darted through without any need of prompting, and the pair plunged into the city.

From underneath the intense, piercing sea of the Northern Water Tribe, Rohaku found himself from the backside of the Outerwalls where most guards were not stationed at. He found himself grabbing onto an iceberg which was stationary and protected from view by the larger pieces of collected ice. Shivering from the waters the young Fire bender would stand while holding his hands at the sides of the pelvis. Spreading his legs evenly before breathing out a breath of stream of hot steam. Slowly the water collected from the underwater travel would begin to evaporate. The large amounts of steam would begin to form from his mouth, acting as cover from any higher positioned threats. Rohaku would begin to sit on the iceberg. Slowly calming his body before continuing onto the next step.

Minutes would pass as his body's temperature rose enough for him to continue movement without chattering teeth. Peeking through the vicinity of the backwards Wall he knew he couldn't climb it without first being caught and/or having enough energy to reach to top of its extremities. There must be another way.. He sighed to himself. The sun was setting and he knew the waters would only get colder. Not to mention the waterbenders would be at full strength when the Moon hit it's peak. Then something miraculous happened. A large splash noise erupted into his eardrums coming from the northeast. Jumping from the sudden change he would almost react as a bender would, forming into a bender's pose until he heard the sounds of ...seals? Moving with his white-body suit which matched the colors of the iceberg and glaciers he found himself looking at a giant hole in the middle of an glacier. A turtle seal was seen jumping from the glacial landscape and then disappearing into the below freezing waters. They have to go up for air somewhere.

The Fire-bending master would breath in, and once the air left his lips crimson flames grasped his body. Covering him in a brief warmth, he then closed his eyes remembering to keep his body warm. He then fell into the hole head first with his arms wailing in-front of him. He could not see the Lion-Turtle's anymore but a tunnel seemed to stretch itself across in a zig-zag pattern from what he could tell, but the real problem was reaching the end quick enough before he needed air. Swimming as fast as he could he would thrash around the sides hitting his body on the harden pieces of ice that made this underwater cavern.

As he swam farther into the tunnel, Rohaku could feel a burning sensation on his lungs.. He wasn't going to last another fifteen seconds. A bright light came from a few feet ahead and as he swam outwards into it, he found himself staring at the open sea once more. No sign of life nor the Lion-Turtles which paved their way for him. Desperately needing oxygen the Prince could not find a way out, and his vision began to blur slightly. Panicking he would begin to rise to the top of the glacial blockade which trapped him from the oxygen his body so desired. Pressing his hands against the top he would begin to push outwards but his body was slowly losing themselves to his dying breath. Not like this. The palms that touched the glacial top would begin to heat the ice with an extreme amount of heat. Breaking the top portions minimally allowing a passage to the unknown.

As soon as Rohaku's head broke free from the icy trap he would begin to inhale loudly. Coughing lots of water which snuck in from his poorly excuse of a 'way' in. His hands would begin to reach from something to hold and as he pressed against the block of ice Rohaku would holster himself up. Pressing his back against another glacier it seemed he would finally open his eyes to see...a cave? Yes, but he was not alone. Those ******** lion turtles from before were staring at him with confused looks on their face. If animals looked confused anyway. Opening his mouth he would begin to breathe fire on his hands to stop any progression of hypothermia. The heat barely affected his senses though as his body was still shivering madly. He would then turn himself over to view a group of lion turtles huddled together to keep warm. Acting quickly he would crawl towards them for a chance to warm himself up ..even if it lasted for a minute. Gratefully the animals didn't attack him or view him as a serious threat, probably due to the incapability for walking at the current time.

He felt...warm. He closed his eyes for what felt like days, but he knew only thirty minutes had passed. Standing up he would begin his march from the cave. If he was correct ..it would lead him somewhere into the city.

Suihara composed a message and left it in the hands of one of his loyal Chen Rai agents. Upon watching the Chen Rai ship sail into the Northern Harbor, the man would leave Anika and Hakan with a message.

The Avatar and Taka are in the Moon and Sea Oasis beneath the water tribe palace. You will be able to arrive there by following the blue lighted hallways around the palace in a left-right-left-right-right-left-left-right-right-left-right series, which will trigger a reaction in the palace structure and open an entrance to the pond. Do not kill or harm the two Koi fish swimming in the pond. If necessary, drag the fight outside of the room and avoid attacking near the Koi proximity. If in the unlikely chance they hold the fish hostage, do not bother their bluff. Taka is a good man, which makes his death unfortunate, but we can at least use that knowledge to actively fight against him.

TABTAB There it was. The great outer wall of the Northern Water Tribe. Anika stood at the helm of the ship, outfitted entirely in the garbs of the local tribes. Her jacket was laced up to the neck with the hood down. Large mittens covered her hands and great boots protected her feet from the weather. She certainly looked the part, all it was now was to act the part. Hopefully the pretentious little prince had not blown their cover already by flying in on a dragon. If he wanted to flaunt around his strength and power then so be it. Anika would put in a prayer with her god to see him fall by the day's end. It was expected that there would be losses should they encounter a number of Gong Jen agents in one place. Hopefully they had managed to beat them here before they decided to congregate with one of ther own. But today was not going to start of well, that much was clear to Anika. By the time her 'merchant trade ship' docked and began to unload she signaled for her compatriots to lose themselves in the crowd. They already knew the plan and knew that the palace needed to be infiltrated before anything else could even happen. Anika was quick to work, but before she became just another citizen someone slipped their hand into her pocket and disappeared in the gaggle of people. She raised an eyebrow and reached a slender hand bulked down by a mitten into the same pocket. It was a letter. The message was fro Suihara, that much was clear. Anika knew the man enough to know his writing, and he would be the only other person on this planet to even know where the Oasis would even be.

TABTABAnika crumbled up the paper and quickly discarded it into the sea, waiting a moment for it to fall apart in the water. The Gong Jen were already here, and in great number. The stakes had just risen ten fold and they needed to move quickly. She stole away into an alley more towards the outer city limits and rapidly scrawled a note, releasing a high pitched whistle through her lips. It took a second but a lizard-crow eventually made its way to her. "With haste now!" She urged her friend, tying the message to the leg of the beast and sending it off. The letter would alert the Chen Rai members at the ship to prepare for the fight of their lives. Those who were already out and about would need to get their asses into gear and either meet up with Anika or miss their chance at the Palace. The message told that Taka Shen was beneath the Palace.

She wouldn't want to travel with them. Landing on the soft bed inside the small canoe, she would hide behind a strip of ice burgs, making no movement for several hours. After she made sure each of her teammates were already pass the wall, she would canoe through without any haste. Taisuke would be questioned by two guards for a handful of moments, before she was allowed to go through. It wasn't hard to act like a wondering traveler, especially with a face like hers. She didn't show bending, or any expensive clothing... Just hid in a small cloak and smiled. [enter-exit]

Raian had changed into the water tribe garments, he did not feel comfortable in them, it felt unnatural to him, he was fire bender in water tribe clothing. Raian was also worried on what would happen after he received the message that said there were more Gong Jen then they anticipated, as a Firebender he did not really need to prepare himself since he did not need to carry weapons with him to help with the bending. Raian would exit the ship and look around with a smile on his face, it made it look like he had been away from home and was finally back, wanting to be as natural as possible, now to find Anika in the crowd and wait for the rest of them so they could move.

Raian would spot Anika near an alley, moving towards her as swiftly as he could. "Everything ready Captain?" Raian would ask as if he was just a worker from her ship, he knew they needed to meet up with the rest of the group, the little cocky prince had made it his own way and the princesses had also gone her separate way, that might have been for the best, she had the look of someone that had never been in battle, Raian would stay and wait for his sister and the other in silence.

TABTAB Home sweet home. Who knew he would leave a native and return an assassin? He left Atik on the ship; even trying to pull the whole 'blind man with a service wolf-bear' skit would attract too much attention this time around. He inhaled deeply, then exhaled. His hands twitched once. He was in his element right now, surrounded by salty air, with water, snow and ice as far as the eye could see. He took another sip from his gourd before replacing it to his waist sash then rested his staff on his shoulders, his arms hooked around either end. He was going over plans in his mind, mostly about after the engagement occurred. A fog to cover the retreat? Maybe just try to sink the whole damned area. He let out a soft whistle, then another. A minor shimmer above three rooftops, disapating as soon as they were noticeable. His eyes beyond what normal eyes could see, as it were. He joined with Anika as soon as he could. He would have to make use of his assets within the city/whatever this technically was on the fly.

Akira followed after the others, wearing an absolute black coat that hit his outfit which had rather interesting ornaments decorated along the shoulders, thighs, wrists, forearms, neck, and on the shoes as well. He had made sure to secure some metal from the ships hull before making his way inside, not enough to down the ship but enough to be considered dangerous if brought in to fight. For now, he was cloaked, his metal concealed and his posture non-hostile. He took a soft warm huff of air and threw his head back to the sky once more, just in case it would be his last. He would soon follow the others, hood over his head and his face concealed under a mask. .
