Blazing Badlands[4]

[The Town Taunts Hadou]

A land where dragons, roaring fills the skies and clouds upon clouds of fire surround the individual who enters, one dragon sits upon its perch, awaiting for a worthy opponent who can defend themselves against his flame.

Jethro entered the land immidiatly noticing the roaring everywhere. It didnt take him long to find the dragon on the perch just waiting there. He felt almost silly about fighting a dragon, but if he had to do it then there was no debating it. Jethro took a light stance and throwing a punch with his right arm he launched a nice sized fireball at the dragon, he didnt know how powerful the strike would be on a dragon, but he was about to find out,

The dragon took the skies quickly and evaded the fire ball with ease, he then moved quickly straight for Jethro, breathing fire as he moved.

Jethro Took a deep breath and as the dragon came down he blew out a cloud of embers in front of him to mask his movement to the left, as the dragon got close the fire it blew would heat up the cloud even more, should he fly into it, it would probably burn him slightly. but the move was to hide Jethro's jumping to the left and launching a medium sized fireball at the dragon.

The dragon was struck upon the left side of his face, he roared as he rolled upon the ground, yet, he skid back up into a standing position, roaring once again.

Jethro gathered the engery off the clouds of fire breathing it in and breathed out a small burst of fire at each exhale. "This Dragon must have been waiting for something or someone to fight, better not dissapoint."He thought to himself, Then taking a few steps forward quickly at the end of his fourth breath he threw his right arm forward launching a powerful fireball at the dragon, followed by a kick which released an equaling strength of flame at the dragon. He found the intense heat of the fire energising. He knew it would have been much stronger wih more experience. But it would come with time.

The dragon skid backwards even more as he was struck in the eyes, blinded by Jethro's flame. He still stood himself up, showing that he wouldn't go down so easily, he showed spirit and courage, something no mere firebender could walk around and say that they had.

Jethro straightened himself up in a light stance, he noted the Dragon slightly more calm then before, however even in his standing ground, jet could tell he'd gotten the dragon's eyes, it was his chance to take him out. Jethro burst short flames in his feet giving him a quick start in distance and as he ran he focused his breathing, as he was about to jump and prefornm an attack, he changed his tactic and leaped over him, before he leaped he heated his fingers and as he leaped over the dragon he pressed his fingers on the dragons back in order to burn him. He did this to show it that he would not back down if he chose to continue. Jethro turned in air to land behind the dragon. He hoped hadnt just made a mistake.

Jethro did INDEED make a mistake, as the dragon's tail whipped across and smacked him in his side, this was strong enough to send Jethro flying and also break a few bones in his side.

Jethro guarded himself, as he had not time do anything else and as he went flying he felt his left arm go numb from the hit, he couldn't tell if it was broken but it hurt more then he'd ever experienced. Jet landed hard a bit away from the dragon. In the pain he had to fight to regulate his breathing, as he did so he quickly reacted and breathed a boiling smoke from his nostrels onto the ground as he got up slowly, making smoke arise fromthe heated ground, the smoke expanding, with the smoke not having many other places to go it simply went everywhere and due to the atmosphere it quickly did so, covering Jethro's movement from the dragon.

The dragon's wings flapped ferociously and he took to the skies, not high enough to not receive damage from ground to air attacks but not low enough to get surprisingly attacked by Jethro.

Jethro masked by the smoke, took hold of his sword and slashed it in the dragons direction, he had not tried this yet til now, but he was abale to extend his flames in a wave from the slashing of his sword, which he then did multiple times, sending multiple slashes at the dragon. However the pain he endured from the fall affected him and he dropped to a knee after his actions. He had trouble believing he could defeat this dragon, since it could fly it more then likely had the edge, he would have to be patient and wait for it to come to his level.

Jethro masked by the smoke, took hold of his sword and slashed it in the dragons direction, he had not tried this yet til now, but he was abale to extend his flames in a wave from the slashing of his sword, which he then did multiple times, sending multiple slashes at the dragon. However the pain he endured from the fall affected him and he dropped to a knee after his actions. He had trouble believing he could defeat this dragon, since it could fly it more then likely had the edge, he would have to be patient and wait for it to come to his level.

The dragon plummeted to the ground after a multiple barrage of flames met his dragon-like skin and scales. He crashed to the ground and tried to stand itself up slowly, growling.

Jethro watched the dragon fall and struggle to get up. He knew this was his best chance to end the fight. Jethro ignored his pain and dashed forward and after he got as close as he wanted he jumped and flipped in the air, focusing he formed a flame on his right foot and comming down on the dragon he aimed to give it a powerful dropping kick with the flame to give it the extra kick, he knew it wasnt strong enough to kill, cuz he wasnt as experienced yet, but it should definetly hurt.
