[1v1] The Return (Bix v. Hel)

Bix was back at the Haunted House, as he'd found himself often in the past week. He was wearing the cowboy hat but was full intending on leaving it here for someone else to find. He was done with it now! He figured there weren't many cowboy reapers so even if someone else found it, they'd know who to return it to.

Or the house would eat it. But at least he'd been telling the truth about returning it.

His bow was summoned but he was looking for a normal enough room to leave the accessory. The room he entered looked like The Simpsons living room.

It was fact that Hel was a big hypocrite.

It was why she was in the Haunted House right now, her weapon already drawn as she prowled through the rooms, her expression furious. How dare some…some false reaper take Mot’s hat! That was his hat! It was bad enough that he had lost it because of false reapers during the field trip…but again!? Hel was determined to seek this hunter out and get his hat back. The odds might have been against her to find him…but it was always worth a shot.

She was also here without saying anything…oops.

The wingless valkyrie violently kicked the next door open, and lo and behold…

A Hunter.

With Mot’s hat.

“YOU!” The ghoul roared, pointing her winged spear at him. She didn’t even hesitate as she charged him.

"ME!" Bix jumped tripping backwards onto the orange couch. It reminded him of the living one from the battle here.

Oh couchy, how he missed you.

The ghoul in front of him was split down the middle, an oreo that was missing one side. "Oh hey are you half albino-AHHH HEY!"

She was charging him!

Bix was about to fire but she closed in on him fast. he hopped up on the couch again to get a shot when his foot seemed to slip into the couch cushions.

"s**t!" He hopped and jumped and yank until he'd fallen off the couch and over the side with a thump.

She was still coming!

“You shall pay for taking that hat, you bleached out b*****d!”

Hel easily cleared over the arm of the couch, her spear raised high above her head as she more or less pounced on the albino from above. The ghoul brought her weapon down on him, hard. Her lips curled into a pleased sneer as she managed to land a decent hit on him. Any thoughts of nets or trap guns were out of her head, as the drive for revenge was her pure motivator.

"Borrowed! I borrowed the hat!" Bix took it off and waved it, just as the weapon crashed down on him hard. The hat fluttered out of his grasp and landed on the couch.

"You must be the ghoooooulfriend." He sounded like a little kid and giggled, despite the battle. Perhaps it was because she seemed to riled up. Of course she was crazy mad, like a star trek fan after being called star wars fan.

Bix didn't even have an opportunity to fire. He was too busy trying to dodge, backpeddle and avoid her fury.

Hel didn’t appreciate him laughing…that was…mocking her.

The ghoul let out a howl. “Just like how I will borrow your intestines to use as a jump rope!” Hel vaulted off of the couch (miraculously stepping over Mot’s hat), and launched herself at Bix, her spear outstretched to thrust the weapon right into him. “Ya, I am!” She hissed. “You are about to be the deceased.”

"This is a misunderstanding!" She hit him again, hard. Damn.. This ghoul was crazy as hell!

"But clearly there's no reasoning with you. Wondering if your botched up bleach job got to your brain maybe." He ran forward, past her, while she got leverage with her large weapon. It gave him the opening he needed to sting her in the back with a nice volley of arrows.

“You are a misunderstanding!” Hel vehemently shot back, a bit slow to turn around as the volley of arrows nailed her in the back.

The ghoul let out a wild, pained hiss, her back still being a sensitive place ever since her wings were removed. If she was angry before, she was livid now. The ghoul whipped around with a snarl, her spear raised up with one arm and she took a few large leaps as she pulled it back and then chucked it right at the albino. It shot through the air like a bullet and struck him.

"I'm not sure that's a good comeback.. you need to work on your bante-AH..." The spear was thrown slicing through his side but thankfully for his FEAR shield he simply yanked it out and let the spear fall to the floor.

Now she wasn't holding a weapon.

I don't think that'ssss going to stop her.
Whatever.

He pinned her in the chest, BEWBIES, with some stinging arrows.

It was true. It was not going to stop her, but she was a reaper too. She was never unarmed.

Hel charged right at Bix again, taking the shots to her chest as if it wasn’t anything. The spear dissipated from where the hunter dropped it and it reappeared right in her hands again. She pulled it back, the bladed end pulsing with a purple and black aura, and lashed out at the albino once more. Unfortunately, in her rage, Hel got sloppy with her attack…it wasn’t very focused, and it left her right open afterwards.

The hunter was reasonably light on his feet, dancing away with desperation as her weapon began to glow. He took to a run again, easily leaping up onto the couch arm, his other leg perched on the back of it to give him so height.

He fired down into the ghoul again. stinging her right arm. Mina began to course with FEAR, moaning to him for release.

"My girl wants a piece of you.." He taunted.

“Jackin’ A!” Hel hissed under her breath at that miss, her steel plated boots squealing against the floor as she spun to chase the hunter once again.

Hel scowled as he shot at her arm, pushing through the burning sensation to take a swipe at the leg that was on the arm of the couch. Fearless and head on. His taunt didn’t bother her. “Come at me then, traitorous b***h!”

"She says to stop doing everything so half-assed.." Bix paused a moment and then snorted with a laugh. "Oh nice.. half.. nice one." Was he complimenting his weapon? He then gave the reaper ghoul a smirk.

"You asked for it." From his perch he fired his arrow above her head. It exploded in a blinding light and suddenly the air around her was just filled with arrows. The hit ever part of her, the floor, the walls. Even the boxy Simson-like TV becan riddled with pinions of red energy before they all popped, mini explosions of pain shooting into every piece of skin the touched.

“I never do anything half—“

Hel did not finish that statement as the room more or less exploded into light for her. A howl of pain tore passed her lips as her flesh felt like it was sizzling. Luckily her FEAR shield absorbed a majority of the blow…but as the light faded; her shield fizzled around her, worn down after that attack. If the Hunter thought she would slow down after that attack though, it would be a wrong assumption.

“Not bad!” A wicked grin pulled at the reaper’s lips as she resumed her charge, and just leapt and barreled right into the Hunter with her body. “Better luck next time!”
