Just a quick question. Isn't the soquili annual birthday art contest usually wrapping up around this time of year? Is it not going to be happening this year then?

I don't think so. With everything still a bit up in the air with the shop changing ownership, and still getting everything else back on track.
I would say it probably isn't happening, though I can't say for sure.

There's been a Summer Event in the works for a while now that I'm pretty sure is going to be starting next month.
That, mixed with the drama of ownership changes leads me to believe that the art contest either won't be held this year or will be held at a later date that's convenient for the staff. c:

If it did happen I would like to see some new winners. Usually the best artists categories tend to go to the same general people.

Official Answer: We *WILL* be doing the the annual art contest; however with everything that has recently happened, and the summer event we have been working on...it's been pushed back to later this year. (: It will happen, though.
