As soon as the sound of the male caught her ears, Delira spun around to face him. Her eyes were wide as she stared at him, instantly regretting going out without her sister...her protector... She gripped the carcass at her side harder, studying the male. He was one of her kind...perhaps he would not attack her.
"Thank you..." she managed.
She was a good huntress, that was no secret. She took pride in her ability to search out her prey...but sometimes she got so involved that she became blind to what was happening around her. Obviously, it had happened again now.
"Ka'lak..." she seemed to remember hearing the name in the colony, dancing off of the tongues of what few members there were. She couldn't recall what they'd said about him...and she shook her head as it became too hard to try to remember, "They call me Delira..." she said, still cautiously, "My sister will be waiting for me."
She started to turn away, wanting nothing more than to run home and be safe.

Those eyes continued to emit their eerie glow, the blue within seeming to grow stronger as another sniff was taken... almost as if he was savoring the scent of the female, claws flicking off the surface of the rock he hovered by, tiny particles being flicked from it.
"Delira...." He growled softly, the name being flicked off the tip of his tongue, an amused smirk replacing the grin. "Sister? Ka'lak is intrigued by this knowledge..." A softer growl escaped him, his form moving rather quickly... it moving in the least threatening manner possible, seeking to close the distance between them. "Ka'lak thought you were ronin as well... Ka'lak should have no so readily assumed this, now should he?"
He quired of the female, form moving quickly once more, cutting off her exit. It had been ages since he'd stumbled across another of his kind... or, to be more precise, it'd been ages since he'd encountered a female.

Delira's ears perked a bit at the sound of the word "friend". She allowed her eyes to move away from the ground, upward, to rest on his rugged face. Her eyes had widened some, fully showing their glassy look from the tears that had now ceased to fall. A smile very slowly crept across her lips as yet another feeling took her over.
"Delira is friend to Ka'lak?"
She lowered her arms now as well, letting off her strong guard. Delira had always been sheltered by her sister, kept hidden away from other weres. She had watched the others only from a distance, and only from behind Raven's curtain of protection. She'd never had a real friend before. She stepped closer to him, her smile not faltering, her blue eyes sparkling, and held her kill to him.
"A token...of our friendship..."

"Yes. Ka'lak is pack. Ka'lak is friend." The male were stated once more, ensuring that Delira had heard him properly. She seemed like the naive sort, but he wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth. She was female after all, and if he were to survive, he was going to need a pack to back him in the events to come...
And though she seemed naive, he had to admit, she was a welcomed change to moronic ramblings of the male he'd pummeled into the dirt not to long ago.. paw reaching out to take hold of the offered killed, the eerie glow within his blue eyes seeming to grow stronger, their gaze never leaving her own even as that sparkle captured them. "Ka'lak accepts your token.... but Delira will partake of it as well, yes?"
As he spoke, Ka'lak tore it in half, grin crossing his muzzle as the blood from the already dead creature splattered them both... one end being offered to the female.

Ka'lak clutched his half of the carcass in one paw, fangs tearing into the lifeless meat, ripping a huge chunk from it... almost like he hadn't eaten for days, the blood trickling down from the corners of his mouth. But, even though he was tearing into the piece of flesh in such a manner, it did not keep his gaze from directing itself back to Delira. She was certainly a strange Spiral to say the least, this sister she spoke of earlier most likely being the over protective sort.
Good! He needed a strong pack to back him, especially if this was not the one Haiena had hailed from... for he knew that they would be out for blood once they came across him. But, for now, that was not the matter at hand, another piece of the carcass being torn off.
"Ka'lak has always been a ronin. Ka'lak never required the company of another... but, given how certain events have come to play out, Ka'lak is more than willing to find himself a Hive-mate in Delira." His gift with words was showing true once more, those eerie blue orbs staring back into Delira's own.

"Just follow Delira," she said, moving her slender body around him and leading him back toward the main BSD Hive.
It was getting darker now, and her black fur made her just a thin shadow in the dense woods. It wasn't far though, Delira would never venture too far from home. She led him in zig-zags through the trees. It was a strange way to travel, but it was the way she'd always done it. It was a matter of minutes, only. Five...maybe ten...and then she stopped. The den was not something you would quickly pick out as odd. It was a hole in the ground, next to a large hill, that was covered by overgrowth and moss. It was big enough to crawl into without much struggle, and that was exactly what Delira did.
She led him down the tunnel into a large area beneath the hill. It was dimly lit by a fire in the center, and had some make-shift wooden chairs and a table placed randomly in it. There were two more tunnels to either side of the den, rooms of some kind. Delira dusted herself off, letting the dirt and moss fall to the floor. The den was crude and small, but it was her home.
"I wonder where my sister is..." she said quietly as she waited for Ka'lak to make his way in.

Ka'lak let his brow arch lightly as the female moved quickly around him, her slender frame brushing against his own only briefly, a smirk soon curling his muzzle as she took off into the darkness..
In no time, he was tailing after her, zig-zagging through the forest, eyes never once losing sight of Delira even as she streaked through the inky black of the night. Of course, nothing really could prepare him for the sight he came across, brow perking itself once more as she wriggled herself down and into a hole. Not the typical sight for a Spiral Hive, but it was definitely well hidden... and would prevent anyone from following them without going unnoticed.
Soon, he was crawling in after her, eyes giving vague illumination to the darkness which surrounded him, claws sinking into the dirt in order to pull himself after her. This was definitely not typical, at least not to him, the dirt and moss being shook free of him... eyes giving this 'humble' little den the once over.
"Ka'lak did not expect something so... quaint." He stated, no disappointment shown in that voice, his smirk growing wider. So long as Ravan accepted him into their little Hive, he would ensure improvements were made. "Ka'lak is mildly impressed with what he sees... now, where is this sister you speak of?"
((Go for it! ^^))
