- Your SoA must be a Adolescent before S/he can change their rank.
- Only ranks that you can change to are working class, or common class.
- Post in here with a small rp response proving your SoA has what it takes. You only need to post once, and then you can post for your cert change, you don't need to wait for me to approve to do so, just assume that Thona has nodded his approval.
