For lack of better words, Mili is a few coins short of a dollar. It's not that she's stupid or lackluster in intelligence, it's that since birth she's been hearing voices in her head, songs and stories that she deems to be her ancestors whispering behind her, promising to help her keep fair and strong.
Never having second guessed this "gift", she has spent a lifetime listening to the voices, and dancing on the edge of her paws, hoping that one day she'll be a good leader. Now that that time has come, she hopes to keep a fair head, and has started to dispel a few of the lesser voices (or tried to), so she can keep an unbiased head (but it's very hard.)
