Short Summary of their plotline:

What are their Parents Personalities?
Mother: Ves'tacha is a free spirited wanderer. She believes in giving everyone a chance to prove themselves, not matter what their appearance or appetites. She expects honesty and while she gives her heart freely, she will not accept being tied down to one place.
Father: Luthias looks beastly, and he thinks he is beastly. He finds no desirable qualities in himself. He loves shiny things and will take them back to his horde. He is quick to lash out in anger.

Do the parents have professions?
Mother: Ves'tacha is Roma, a gypsy. She believes in freedom and wandering. She heeds the call of the trails beneath her hooves and welcomes others to travel with her.
Father: Luthias flies about looking for shiny things for his collection. He brings them to a cave where he lives, the bulk of his horde is there. When he finds things too large to carry he stashes them away in secluded caves and fetches them later to haul to his main cave.

What is their family dynamics? Ves'tacha will be teaching them the Rom lifestyle. Luthias may try to steal one or more of the baskets/foals back to keep in his cave, but Ves'tacha will insist upon their ability to travel - inviting him along if he will agree to it. She will also introduce them to their half siblings, Rinkini and Raphael as well as their father, Lucian. They may choose to spend time with Lucian and their siblings there. All Ves'tacha's children are taught the lore and traditions of the Roma.

Traditions: They are taught to honor their elders, to follow the road, to accept others as fellow travelers [not wrong or right, just different], to avoid the unclean/bad luck, to be thankful for the life and freedom in which they live.
Herd/Family culture: As above.
Religious Beliefs: They believe in magic, in wisdom, in spirits, in luck [both good and bad] and in being able to avoid bad luck and court good luck by avoiding unclean things and ritually purifying when needful. They don't believe in evil spirits, just in those with purpose that is not understandable by those still living.

Short Summary of their plotline: Bear with me it’s a long plot. Hisoka and Torao lived in the equivalent of Japan, a couple of runaways, and they both ended up working with a bunch of loonies killing people. s**t went down, bosses didn’t like the fact that Hisoka and Torao were in love, Hisoka left. Torao stayed with Akiyo and killed the elders before tracking Hisoka to the Kawani lands. Torao hunted Hisoka down, got turned away on several occasions, and eventually found Sabella, a kirin from legend, and hatched a plan. Torao introduced Sabella and Hisoka and Hisoka started looking after Sabella. Eventually Sabella got sick from the ever present scent of blood, Hisoka confronted Torao and Akiyo, there was a fight, Hisoka had a mental break down and the four headed towards the hot springs to recuperate. On the way there they ran in to Sabella’s herd and discovered that the only way to keep Sabella was to agree to a sort marriage between Torao and Sabella. There was a secondary agreement to produce children for the herd.

After months of being pestered by Sabella’s herd Sabella and Torao made a single attempt at it. They thought nothing had come from it but it turned out that the joke was on them because Sabella was pregnant she just wasn’t showing because Uwasa was very small. (This happened to my friend actually.) Sabella gave birth with a lot of panicking from everyone. She hatched, they named her, and they took her to Sabella’s herd and watched everyone panic. They left them alone after that. Uwasa grew up, went on her own adventure and left Sabella wanting more kids. Torao agreed to help her because she’s his friend.

What are their Parents Personalities?
Mother: Calm, quiet, and serene. She’s loyal to her friends and happy to help them. She was raised believing that women were created for men and children and is really seeing that this is not the case.

Father: Gruff, stubborn, and hot tempered. There are few things that mean anything to him in the world and Hisoka’s one of them. He hates the gods and often blames them for the hard times he goes through. He’s unlikely to take responsibility for anything and is far happier to just beat anything causing trouble for him.

Mother: No
Father: Not anymore, he used to kill random people to “appease the spirits” though


Link to RP(s) where something happens of importance: xXx The three prove that they know next to nothing about birthing babies, Uwasa is born, the three have a touching moment with the basket, Uwasa hatches and eventually she’s named.

What is their family dynamics? (see below for the links in the connected soquili list) Hisoka, Torao, and Sabella all raise the children more or less equally with help from Nichi the fox. How they raise the children depends on the features. A kirin (with horn) will be raised like a treasure to be guarded and anything else is raised like a guard whether it is male or female. Kirin are more likely to be given jewelry and fine things as a way to show appreciation of the gods (this is Hisoka’s idea). Sabella will train kirin in acupressure and meditation both or which she is skilled in. Hisoka and Torao train others in tracking, trapping, tricking and combat so that they may better defend the god beasts (kirin). These children would be encouraged to wear pelts like their fathers’ or bones, fangs and other things to intimidate.

Herd/Family culture: All children are exposed to two languages and are extremely likely to pick both of them up. Hisoka and Torao prefer to speak their native language with each other and their children. They are starting to teach Sabella but she picks it up slowly.
Religious Beliefs: They follow a version of both Shinto and Buddhism religions. Neither is followed strictly but to some degree Hisoka, Torao and, more recently, Sabella believe in the various gods. Hisoka and Sabella are more likely to be thanking the gods and spirits than Torao, however.
They also believe that kirin, phoenixes and dragons are sacred but Hisoka and Torao are extremely likely to express desires to murder any phoenix or dragon they encounter.
