Natural Ability: Cold Chills: The air seems to freeze around them whenever they move. It is said that if you come into direct contact with a frost demon's skin you could be frozen solid.

Personality:
Arrogant: Spinar is very sure of himself in most areas until knocked down a few pegs. Be that in beating his a** in a fight to just not playing into a trap he's set for you. Cocky by nature, Spinar has been given basically anything he's ever wanted and as such he assumes there isn't anything he can't get. Obvious from the way he dresses and holds himself its easy to see how confident of a creature he can become given the situation.

When it comes to interaction with others Spinar is a very social demon he likes to gain 'worshipers' and have people around to amuse him, though that's basically all they are there for to him. Entertainment, unattached to other creatures at this point in time Spinar doesn't form any real bonds due to thinking he doesn't need others or their help.

Private: While he is the type that's curious about others and loves to be around people, he's not an open book. Basically he doesn't feel the need to tell someone he's just met his life's story, or even someone he's known for a few years..So if you ever do find out something truthful about Spinar you can bet you mean something to him. Tibits of information like favorite color or number or scaryoke song can start to slip out when he becomes more comfortable with someone but major details he really won't start sharing unless someone really gets to him. When asked something personal from someone he 'doesn't have to answer (ie; a teacher) ' he will make something up and while this can catch up to him later he will simply laugh it off and pretend not to know what the person is talking about.

Con-Artist: Hands down, few words describe him better. A charmer by nature he uses his skills to lure people into games with him for fun then ends up sliding in a few 'to make this interesting' or ' I bet cha' lines. Spinar is one to smooth talk or at least to attempt to smooth talk or twist words in attempts to gain what or who he wants for whatever reason he might need them for. He is known to lie for obviously reasons of keeping his privacy and for well 'the best interest' which would be his.

The games he plays tend to be ones he is good at or ones he knows the other creature would not be good at, he has to have some type of advantage before he plays of course. There is no typical type of target for his cons since he typically just bases it off of if they have something he wants. If his attempt is completely botched he will back away from the situation, laugh it off as a joke and likely try again later. While thanks to his patience it takes a lot to provoke him, purposefully ruining his attempts to gain something will be a sure fire way to rub him the wrong way into physical punishment.

Fun-loving: For him its all about fun and there really needs to be more of it you know. Spontaneous actions are not a stranger to him and in fact seem to be a thrill now that he's not under the watchful eye of his father. Typical things he gets up to would be his card games, talking other creatures into doing things for him or into giving him something. While he loves his fun he is actually a somewhat serious creature, that being said he knows when enough is enough and when not to push his luck when playing tricks or when to stop pestering someone for fun.

Patient: His patience developed around the time he learned it was useful to appear charming when trying to con. With the aid of his mother he was molded into a patient child, observing those around him while he chats them up finding out things and ways to help him in his own gain and smiling the entire time even if it takes weeks or months to figure out the perfect plan. While this conflicts with his restless trait he tends to mix up conversations to keep things from being to dull.

His father was a rather strict demon as such his was of being brought up was to be 'presentable', clan rep type deal that Spinar could careless for. However he is thankful for his fathers 'loving touch' as it has led him to be very diligent with most things in life since he has an extreme hate of having to repeat anything if he fails. So he patiently takes extra time to make sure things are done right the first time. Being like this causes him to be a slight perfectionist and workaholic on minor things and major alike since again he hates to repeat things and patiently working on something makes him want to make it perfect for all the time he puts in

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? To get from under his fathers rule. Spinar knew his father would have no part of him leaving because he wanted to be the one to bring the boy up and show him the ropes, however with how busy and easily agitated by the boy his father became it was easy enough for Spinar to charm his mother into talking with his father. For the greater good of his 'education' he was then shipped off because everyone knows what mother wants..mother gets.

FEAR Ability:
Y1 Fear: (Swift Strikes) Ice Bullet - Spinar uses his ice magic and can send out sharp icicles from the tips of his fingers, upon hitting the target the icicles will explode and slowly from the wounded area a bone chilling ice will creep out and start to freeze a small area around the wound.
Y2 Fear: - (The Barrier) Elemental Shield - Spinar is able to bring up hunks of ice from the ground with his magic using the wall of ice as a shield to hide behind.
Y3 Fear: - (Tainted Fang? ) Frostbite - Spinar sends an icy blast of cold towards the target, the magical winds swirl around and chill the opponent causing frostbite, dealing damage over time and creating fatigue.

Physical Description:

Eye Colour: Blue
Hair Colour/Style: Silvery white. Style side view Style frontal view
Skin Colour: Kind of a pale blue or more of a peach with pieces of blue poking out. ((back and forth here since I like both. ))
Clothing Style/Colours: Style wise, Victorian mixed with a little modern to anything like styled punk. Colors he's partial to would be blacks, greys, purples and blues. (Outfit I'm open to any and all ideas cause I can admit to sucking hard boiled eggs at design. u - ua )

Extra:
Elemental looking horns like ref. Claws if they can't be a form of hard ice then just painted blue ( blue a little closer to the look of his horns) for coolness but long and sharp. Has the elemental looking area peeking out around his eye and on his forehead.

I'd love for him to have a tail since I've seen some images of frost demons with them. <33 Something slender and pointed at the end, with icey spikes here and there on it and again more the color of his horn but just a little more silvery to match

Hobbies:
Find the Witch- basically find the lady with a Halloween twist. Games are fun, rigged ones are funner to him. He plays with other creatures for prizes of all kinds snacks, familiars, shiny nice objects you name it he's got a game to trick you out of it. Slight of hand tricks are his favorite, he has very nimble fingers...

Casketball- A game he's more recently picked up but seems to have a talent for or so he thinks. It's a fun way for him to relieve stress.

EyePhone - Spinar has a texting addiction among many other, he likes to goof off on his eyephone though mostly its only to keep contacts that he can later use for things.

The Acceptance Bin learned a new trick. First, it required two pieces of paper and a student enrollment form. Then it involved mixing the papers around until the blank pieces of papers had the enrollment form sandwiched. Then the papers were eaten. Tah dah!
