--> Created by a Northern Tribe who believed that a sect of Wendigo would use hypothermia to slow their victims down. They were also to blame for the Humans who resort to cannibalism as a means to survive the gruelling cold. This Arctic tribe of Wendigo simultaneously lives off of the fear of hypothermia and the fear of cannibalism.

Natural Ability: Heat Leech: Helmut can not create her own body heat. She saps the heat from any living source around her in order to keep her own core warm. If there isn't enough heat in the area to sustain her, she gets tired and sluggish.
--> This is how the Arctic Wendigo would cause hypothermia; they'd drain the body heat from their victims to slow them down.

Personality:

Scrappy - Playfully scrappy. She wants to tackle and roll, play and bite...just a very active tomboil of a ghoul.

Territorial - Whatever she deems as her space is her space. Nobody can enter without her permission, and if they do, well, they might end up meeting the horns on her skull. When it comes to a space that she deems as someone else's territory she gets almost timid and respectful, not wanting to cause a territory battle.

Clumsy - Like any stumbling fawn, Helmut is easily knocked off balance and quick to stumble over absolutely nothing.

Over-active Imagination - Helmut fancies late Uncle Carl still inhabits the skull-helmet her Parents gave her and will often talk to him, up to and including very one-sided arguments. Her over-active imagination isn't just limited to the spirit of late Uncle Carl in her helmet though, it's everywhere; from the child-form-human hiding in her closet to the middle aged stock broker hiding under her bed.

Also? She's likely to gnaw on you a little bit, not quite understanding the 'look, don't touch' or 'eat in moderation' sayings.

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Good 'ol FEAR training. Helmut is too cute and sweet and her parents are worried about her. It was time to get the FEAR kicked into her to make her a horribly productive member of society.

FEAR Ability: Battle Cry - Helmut musters strength for a killer bite with cannibal teeth. nomnomnom.

Other:
XXXXXX- If there is a lack of creatures with body heat in the area, Helmut will get sluggish and sleepy, opting to nap instead.
XXXXXX- As a young cannibal she hasn't yet gotten the stench of death and decay on her. She has an off scent, but it's hard to place. It'll get stronger as she ages.
XXXXXX- In keeping with the Wendigo myths, Helmut is almost always hungry.
XXXXXX- The skull on her head obviously isn't hers. Her parents were concerned that her own horns hadn't started growing yet, and so to protect her squishy little human form head they gave her a helmet. A helmet that used to be the skull of her late Uncle Carl.
XXXXXX- Helmut's family runs a quaint little B&B in a group of very large igloos in the middle of northern nowhere. The guests had some complaints about waking up to little Helmut chewing on their ankles or making them feel colder than they needed to be. The haven't made their once quarterly trek down to the more populated parts of Halloween in a very long time, and are somewhat behind when it comes to the news about Amityville. They did have a student stay in their igloo recently though, and her stories of the difficulties on campus really just solidified their wanting Helmut to attend.
