So Christmas is just around the corner. This is the time of year where I do my very best to bring Christmas cheer to my bah-humbug family.
A few days back, I secretly went to walmart and spent a small fortune on christmas lights and decorations. Then, while my family was at work, I decorated the house (which was kinda terrifyin', given how high up the roof is and my fear of heights and vertigo). I also bought little plastic candy canes filled with candy. I also decorated the inside of the house with the regular christmasy stuff.
Then, when my family was about to get home, I turned on all the christmas lights and decorations and waited for them to get home. When they got home, I then went out and gave them their candy! Apparently my parents thought they had gone to the wrong house at first, then my mom was so happy she almost cried. whee
We also got a christmas tree and set it up yesterday. We haven't decorated it yet because we don't know how my cats are gonna react to it.
But yeah, is anyone else gettin' all christmasy and excited!?

We had a little Christmas party a few days ago. Mostly giving each other gag gift/stuff we knew we were getting.
I've bought a few presents for friends/family. Though I'm not sure how much Christmas stuff we're going to be doing. Turns out we're not going away on vacation. My cousin is due to give birth Christmas eve so we might just have a dinner with the grandparents.

Congratulations! My dad wasn't so lucky. He was born on Christmas Eve. We always celebrate his birthday in January, though.

I"m not particularly excited for christmas. I prefer halloween but my mom went and decorated the house, had us set up the tree. Which now looks cluttered and funny because we had remove all the ornaments from the bottom and move them up. We brought our puppy home and she started trying to eat everything :3
