Mwokoti: Goddess of the Lost. She has two dramatically different sides to her. The first is motherly and generous, and the other is rather dark and willing to do anything to protect those she considers family. She is an excellent public speaker and has a sympathy for mortals. Frequently struggles with loneliness, especially in the wake of her favorite son's death.

Powers:Temporary - Grants temporary knowledge of any place, individual or object, as long as the place as been formerly visited, the individual has been met previously and the object was formerly in their possession or the possession of someone they know. Range and how long since they've been away from whatever they're looking for have no influence. The subject will, put simply, just know as easy as how we can count to five. The power lasts only until the following sunrise, regardless of the time span it was given prior to it. Thus, if the spell is cast two hours before sunrise, it will only last two hours. If it is cast four hours before hand, it will last four, and so on.
- The flame in Mwokoti's lantern will never go out, even if thrown in the ocean. Additionally, it is visible through any variation of darkness to help those she's guiding follow her, including blindness. The lantern can be given to a mortal and still have the same effect, but is considered a 'temporary' power because she takes the object back as soon as the use of whatever she handed it over to begin with is completed. (Note: Can not conquer curses by other Gods; if a lion is cursed by a God to be blind, they will not see it.)
- Can create a map varying in appearance, size, etc. (depending on it's use) to help lead someone to a certain location, individual or object by marking specific landmarks and such they'd encounter on the way (ex: quicksand, mountains). If seeking a pride, the pride borders will be specifically marked on the map. If looking for an object or individual, the mark will move in according with their/it's movement. Only one mortal (or God) can have it in use at a time, as there is only one.
Permanent Power: - Can either be a curse or blessing. Mwokoti can bring an individual to their home, an individual or an object and 'bind' them to it. If bound to a location, a lion (or otherwise) will be unable to leave. Should they try, they will be 'teleported' back within the pride's borders (or in the case of the rogue lands, outside it). If bound to an individual or object, the curse has the same effect, except the victim has more of an opportunity to be mobile as long as the individual they are bound to moves or the object is able to be moved. If someone a lion is bound to dies or the object is destroyed, the curse breaks. However, it remains in place for locations, even if everything in the land is destroyed. Can over-ride other God powers (once discussed OOC / agreed upon) preventing one from returning home, however, it will still act as a curse and they will still be unable to leave at all. Is also candidate to being lifted by another God or Mwokoti herself.
NCHI
Nantale is the Malenga (Queen) of the Nchi. Typical of someone with her personality in her position, she tries to uphold the values of her pride best she can; however, she often second guesses herself and has a difficult time relating to her followers on a personal level.

NERGUI
Basha A highly skilled Kaar (seer) in the Nergui. Though spiteful toward her own family, beyond that, she is pleasant company. Her best interest is never far from mind, though. She does not yet speak the Nergui language, but is learning.

Gable is the Muvukol of the Nergui. As one would expect of someone in his line of work, Gable is bossy, organized, and not afraid to correct others. He is fair-minded (to the degree a Nergui can be) and keeps the facts in mind when giving recommendations for the braak and shuko ranks. That being said, he can't help but hassle new blood, often pretending he can't understand their language or their accents. This and other displays of arrogance have given him a reputation as all brute, no brains, whether or not it's true.
He was born in the pride and speaks both the common tongue and the Nergui's native language.

Gever A newcomer to the pride might consider Gever's lovely brown mane a slap in the face when the rest of him is just so green. However, Gever embraces his appearance and, like with everything, has utilized it to better serve his leaders and Graos Oma. He performs all his rank's duties to the best of his abilities, but truly shines as an ambassador. The ribbing he's received over the years about his coloring have given him ground to stand on when he tries to oh-so-persuasively convince potential converts (potential Kaar especially) that, even at their worst (and he's seen their worst, he'll tell you, because some have mocked him before) to be with the Nergui is where life is best spent.
He was born in the pride and speaks both the common tongue and the Nergui's native language.

PRIDELANDS
Hari: Hari is a little jerkass, to put it plainly. He's self-conscious of himself and uncertain of the world.
Looking for: Cub RP. Adventures. Puppy love (male or female). Blahblah.
Kopano: Kopano is a gentle soul born in a rather large litter. He's used to sharing and waiting his turn. A bit on the reserved side, even for one so young.

Chyou: Chyou is a very talented huntress and a nice lioness. She can be shy around strangers and values personal space, but she is honest, giving, and loyal to her own. She has just recently arrived in the Pridelands and is still finding her place, so to speak, while raising a litter of four who are currently juveniles.
Looking for: Mate. Pride RP. Other stuff.
So: So is a friendly guy who tries to be supportive and strives for win-win situations if he can. He is slow to trust, but once he does, you've got a friend for life! He's had the same best friend since cubhood to prove it. So can be careless, needy for praise, and is much quicker to blame himself for things than give himself credit.
Looking for: Actively looking for a mate IC, so girls to try to charm? A crush / other things? Flings are fine if the chick seduces him then leaves, but he's not on the hunt for one-night stands. Pride RP. Other stuff.
FIREKIN
Sagua: Sagua returned from his pilgrimage to find the swamps in ruins. Well, crap. What's a lion who was so heavily invested in his community to do? He decides to seek out the Firekin, where he can be a part of something and perhaps vent his otherwise suppressed anger.
Sagua is a dependable guy with a great memory who is good at solving problems. He is very big on "the rules" and will adhere to them even if he doesn't necessarily agree with them. Rules are rules! He tries not to lie and works hard. So should you or he will be super mad, u gais.
Looking for: Sagua is not available for RP quite yet. He will need a JRP into the Firekin soon, however, and after that he is up for a lot. He might have a mate, but if not, he'll be glad to find one. He definitely could use friends, enemies, duels, and general pride RP. He'll probably end up as a hunter unless RP dictates otherwise.
Bimnono: Nono is a stout lioness with short legs and curly fur who was born and raised in the desert speaking a language known as Hekgoshi. Her accent is rather thick and this sometimes causes a language barrier to pop up, though she is learning to speak the common tongue better at the Firekin outpost.
Nono often comes off as much older than she is -- in the angry grandmother you don't want to piss off kind of way. When she joins the Firekin, she will be a cub-sitter, though may be drafted into the Sentinel ranks by Moto'Seide.
Looking for: Note that Nono still needs to win a JRP duel. After that, she will be up for nanny RPs, general RP, plots, and other stuff. No mates or flings as she is going to have hideous, curly-haired, trilingual children with Kaelyndra's Isifo.
Shunqa:is a loser is soon to be a proud uncle! His sister, Seide, came to him and asked him to help with her future litter as she and her mate are frequently traveling and tending to their work. Shunqa is destined to be the Best Uncle Ever and will revolve his time around the five cubs.
Friendly, down-to-Earth, and intelligent. Shunqa's father is a former slave that obtained full membership when he fought during the rebellion. In light of this, he is understandably one of the more liberal Firekin, even going as far as to resent the sending-off of his Huria siblings (though this has not been said out loud). On the other hand, he is uncomfortable with the idea of fending for himself and takes his duties to the pride seriously. Needless to say, this is one conflicted lion.
Looking for: RP with his future nieces and nephews. Always. ALL THE RP. But also, friends, enemies, general pride RP, and other stuff.
Shula: Let no lion say Shula isn't dedicated. Age is nothing but a number as far as this little perfectionist is concerned. But even being as mature as she is, Shula has a lot of growing up to do. She's a grouchy cub, and will stay that way until she starts to understand herself a little better.
Shula is not as playful as most youngsters and would rather spend her time practicing to be a guard. She is the future apprentice of Azar'bijan (whether he likes it or not) and don't you dare say a bad word about him!
Looking for: Shula could use one more friend, preferably a female influence. She could also use more adult to look up to, and they'd probably be a grouchy guard or something similar to that. Perhaps a future "crush" of sorts? And just general pride RP. Cub "duels" would also be hilarious.
Niu: The child of a God and a Pridelander, Niu matches up to her new Firekin pridemates in size (and is also a seer). Niu is Serious Business: she has high standards for herself and for others. She is intelligent, confident, and determined to reach her full potential. On the down side, Niu holds grudges, is rarely willing to shoulder blame when things go wrong, and doesn't exactly shine in social situations.
Looking for: Pride RP. Guard RP. Friends, enemies, other things. It'd be nice for her to get an apprentice eventually.
Maipe'Bado: Maipe's first name means "fiery", as expected of the Firekin, but her second name is something a little more personal. Bado has the unusual but appropriate meaning of "not ready, not yet": Maipe'Bado was the first born of her litter and did not give her mother, the infamous Moto'Seide, an easy time of it. Maipe has been a trouble-maker since her very birth and shows no signs of surrendering her feisty ways.
Looking for: Looking for lots of stuff for her. First and foremost, I'd like for her to cause trouble -- squabbles with other cubs, playing pranks, all this and more. She'll also be open for friends (partner in crime?), "enemies", and eventually a mentor once I decide what rank she'll aim for.
STORMBORN
Kondo: Kondo is a captain and he means business. This guy has a very "survival of the fittest" outlook and comes from a family that has passed down traditionalist values. He treats thralls like thralls, expects the females to "behave", and when the situation calls for it spares no brutality not in words or in actions. He is easiest to get along with in the company of male reavers or other captains, who he tends to treat with respect until they give him a reason not to.
Looking for: Pride RP. Other stuff. He can do JRPs, but will only bother approaching males.
Sheska: Ever since she fled her pride (which later disbanded anyway), Sheska has sought structure in her life. Be careful what you wish for, as the saying goes. She has found herself semi-willingly captured as a person thrall for a freeborn named Freyja.
Sheska is a very beautiful lioness. Her coat is a pretty color by nature, sure, but it's obvious she takes good care of herself. She is social, generous, and good at keeping things nice and tidy. On the other hand, she can be manipulative, self-centered, and she's very much a bully to ugly / odd lions (and pretty much all non-lions) when she can get away with it.
Sheska has a "mate" that was brought back with her by the captain who captured her; however, she has no interest in him and very few males in general. Her upbringing encouraged females to pair off.
Looking for: General RP. Thrall RP. Scandal. Suggest?
Tyst (Ohahira): Unofficially the personal thrall of Tuesdaycat's Captain, Rå'styrke. Technically a pride thrall, and therefore can take orders from anyone. Incredibly spiteful, but good at keeping her head down, so to speak. Formerly a Firekin slave, so she's not new to this. Has back problems due to an injury from her former "owner". Believed to be mute by some.
Looking for: Uh, stuff. General RP mostly.
Uss D'mzil: Zilly, as she tends to be known, is a literal narcissist of the most manipulative degree. As such, she doesn't outright boast, but instead makes her importance (of which there is none, if any) in her pride seem like casual, matter-of-fact information. Most of her social interactions give the impression she is humble and loving, but she is working off memory and mirroring others. She'll interrupt you. She'll cheat if she can get away with it. She'll take credit if something goes right, and blame you if it doesn't.
Zilly looks at others likes a child looks at their toys, and though she may take exceptionally good care of them, it is under the belief that her stuff shouldn't get ruined. As this or the above are not voiced aloud -- and the lioness herself is not aware anything is wrong with her to begin with -- Zilly appears to be nothing more than clingy, ego-centric, and far too invested in the lives of those she supposedly cares about.
She is a seer and this is fairly common knowledge as her visions are many and tend to have seizure-like results for her physical being.

Niklas: Niklas is the kind of cub who, when he's right next to you, doesn't seem like he's actually there. He is in fact so reserved it might concern or even disturb those that expect cubs to be playful and outgoing. He spends a lot of time alone, learning about this and that. He is the new Warlord's son, and takes it seriously. Very seriously. Despite his age, he already mentions being afraid of failure and disappointing the father he adores. He is traditional-minded and will rough house with the boys and protect the girls.
Looking for: Pride interactions are great. A couple friends he can make while he's young and sustain as they grow up. Interaction with some lions who disagree with his father and aren't afraid to say so, though he won't fully comprehend it all until he's older. Uh... Other things? Offer stuff!
BONELANDS
Hlengiwe: Lengi usually keeps to herself, which is a shame given she has a lot to offer. She thrives in politically-charged atmospheres and for this was made the "Cabanga" of the Bonelands pride -- that is to say, the ambassador that travels between them and the Firekin. Though she is nothing but dedicated to her pride and truly loves it, she often feels out-of-place among the lionesses due to her hesitation to relate to them on a persona level.
Looking for: Lots of stuff. Lengi is able to RP in the Bonelands, the rogue lands (when traveling), and the Firekin. She has no reason to be in the Firekin right now, but there could be one. The rules of the Bonelands don't allow her to take a mate of her own, and she isn't that interested in it. Flings are a definite no-no. Otherwise, bring on the ideas!
BAHARI
Aukai: I am ashamed to say this boy is still a blank slate!
Looking for: I will take almost anything for him. I'd rather he not leave the Bahari, but not completely opposed to it.

ROGUES
LION: FEMALE
Koko'mila is an adult ICly, and has been for a long while now. She recently left the Ela in the hopes of seeing what the world has to offer. Thanks to the many rogues in the Ela (including both her parents) and their stories, Koko is not as naive about the outside world as other born-and-raised pride lions might be. Friendly, helpful, but with a bit of sass to her.

Ajia is a Swampie/Mountie out on her Pilgrimage / name quest. A natural leader, she has no trouble making friends (or at least talking to strangers) wherever she goes.

Sen: Sen has a let a lot of lions down in her life and isn't really aware of it, and might not care if she was. She has a "get it over with" attitude about boring day-to-day routine, doesn't tend to fix her mistakes, and isn't that worried about making a good impression. On the bright side, she is sympathetic, tends to detect those with bad motivations, and keeps calm in a crisis.

Lakisa: Lakisa puts her family above all else, but since said family is disbanded, she doesn't have much to do. She is a warm and generous lioness, but a liiittle on the racist side toward hybrids and non-lions, which tends to catch others off guard.

Renzi: Renzi is a lioness of SCIENCE!!1 Ever curious and ever on the move, she seeks to understand the world around her and the way things work. She is not all that concerned with her status on the popularity food chain and can come off as cold. Currently, she travels with a leopardess named Damu.

Roka: Roka loves to play devil's advocate; she doesn't even care what the debate is about as long as she enjoys it. She is quick-witted and on a constant search to gather more information with which to back up her "side" of things. Challenging rules and procedures is another favorite activity, so Roka is unlikely to settle in a pride.
Her fondness for decoding complex ideas and theories has sparked an interest in the mind, and you could say she's the lioness equivalent of a therapist. She can be very patient an committed to "her work", and maintains a flexible routine.

Talis is a sweet girl. She's the kind who would let herself die if it came down to kill or be killed. A runaway princess of a pride more or less destroyed. She believes the devastation to be punishment for her sins and lives in fear of karma. She is a seer whose visions frequently get out of control.

Ava: Ava has a lot of family issues. She's the identical twin of a sister also named Ava. Her other sister is a huge know-it-all. She hasn't seen her brother in forever. Don't get her started on her parents, the compulsive liar and the ex-slave. If you can put up with her occasionally griping about her roots, Ava is a fantastic friend to have around. She is constantly finding ways to make the world a better place and seems to want nothing more out of life.

Korini: Bossy pants Korini is always trying to dictate what others should be doing with their time. Don't let that haughty exterior fool you: she can be swayed by a sob story a lot easier than she lets on. She is incredibly adaptable and learned to live prosperously in the rogue lands after her pride was disbanded by a plague.

Kindoro: Kindoro was born and raised to help hunt down and a kill a lion who ended up dying of other causes. Her less-than-stellar mother then "dismissed" her from her duties and left without another word. Distraught and at a loss, Kindoro wanders around, searching, not quite sure if what she's looking for is her mother or something else. She lacks social skills having been kept away from society all her life, and therefore is usually regarded as strange. She is the daughter of a God!kid and a Firekin and her size says as much.
Looking for: Kindoro would make a good soldier or bodyguard, and would be a very dedicated minion. She is not intentionally deranged, but can be none the less, as what she was taught is "right" is not what most cubs were. Alternatively, a mate to show her how to behave, or just a friend. General RP? Other things?

LION: MALE
Ja: Take a jubilant band of rogues, give them a cub as motivated as he is motivational to raise, and here you have Ja. Bright as his coat, Ja can talk his way in and out of most everything. His good nature and ample experience with many types of lions makes it easy for him to relate to others. He is the son of a Goddess and thus a seer.
Looking for: Pretty much anything.
Araiya is not prince of the Nchi because they have no equivalent of one, but if they did, he'd be that. Or would have been, rather, since he's been in the rogue lands living it up for quite a while. This jovial fellow is, not surprisingly, musically inclined. He loves new experiences and always tries to keep things fun. On the other hand, he's a crappy planner and kind of lazy.
Looking for: A mate or flings. RP with animals heading to the Nchi or having left it. Friends. Enemies. Other stuff!
Winza: Winza is more likely to get himself killed than you are to get his attention if he doesn't notice you right away. He is curious and enjoys learning, but becomes bored quickly and moves on to the next thing. His favorite hobby is debating. Bonus points if he can play devil's advocate. For those who don't see it as sport, he may just be considered argumentative. He is a seer.

Dastell: Dastell is observant, always keeping an eye on what's going on around him. He does so in a very impersonal way, as if he's watching a mystery movie and trying to unravel the plot. Not many can tolerate his company for long because he seems to need sarcasm and smartass comments like most lions need air. There's a lot that's good about him, though: he's intelligent, practical, a good problem solver, and empathetic, particularly for the underdog. Very reserved with his emotions, to the point he manages to hide them from himself.
Looking for: General RP. Plots. Enemies. Friends. A mate would be cool, but would have to be decided through RP. His relationships are often a victim of circumstance.
Sehka-Sema: Sema was considering seeing the world and just needed something to convince him. The disbandment of the Dawnwalkers gave him that push, and he finally set out with one of his brothers.
It's hard to get to know Sema, not because he doesn't speak, but because his conversations tend to stay superficial. He doesn't express himself well. He frequently worries about things. But he's also sincerely sweet, generous, responsible, and a great listener.
Looking for: Friends. A mate OR someone to break his heart (either on purpose or accidentally). Flings. Encounters with former Dawnwalkers so they can be glskdhgf together. Encounters with Gods. It'd be cool if he could find a cub in need to adopt. Other things!
Kitwana: Sculpted by a childhood of just the right amount of self-reliance, Kitwana thrives as an adult. Of all the things he should have gotten from his mother and didn't, a healthier respect for authority and the natural order is it. He is humorous, fun company, but can't commit to much.

WILD DOG: MALE
Elohel: Elohel is the kind of guy many young girls swoon over: he's smart, sympathetic, a good listener, and artsy to boot! However, he's also unrealistic about reality, takes a lot of things personally, tends to act like a martyr, and broods when he's stressed.
Looking for: As it stands, Elohel will one day be captured by a pair of Stormborn, regardless of what else is going on in his life at the time, so keep this in mind! That being said, he is open for flings, a mate, a pack, and anything else for now.
Machupa: Machupa seems tired, but not in the physical sense of the word. He is a wild dog of great insight, should anyone stick around long enough to hear it, but his opinions are offensively straight-forward. He is an obvious loner and shows signs of malnutrition and lack of grooming.
Looking for: Anything! Machupa has an open history, so he could relatives anywhere. Up for joining a pack, making friends, a mate, so on.
Kaho: Kaho has a permanent limp on one of his front legs, and offers seer visions up in exchange for a meal. Though the part about him being a seer is true, most of these so-called visions are not. He is spontaneous, cheerful, and incredibly flirty. He travels with a group of traders led by a cheetah named Kalbali, so he could be anywhere.
Looking for: FLINGS, with or without pups; Kaho believes he is infertile (he isn't), so he's even more careless about his promiscuity. RP with pups or cubs would be great, since he loves kids and gets along with them well. Fake!Seer vision RP in exchange for a meal? Or one where he really does get a vision? Maybe some friends, enemies, whatever else.
CHEETAH: FEMALE
Belessi: Lessi is, for the time being, a blank slate.

Kalbali: Kalbali is a quick-witted opportunist (and a seer) who knows what she wants out of life and isn't afraid to pursue it. She is a trader that leads a strange group indeed, consisting of promiscuous wild dog, another wild dog who steals (hmph!), an overly-sympathetic hyena, a jerkass snake, a semi-crippled leopard, and a leotah who is weird by default. One might argue Kalbali secretly harbors a deep fondness for outsiders and misfits. She says shut up.
Looking for: Opportunities to trade! Opportunities to be sympathetic and then pretend that she wasn't. Other stuff. Hit me with ideas.
LEOPARD: MALE
Some leopard: This supposedly nameless leopard lives in a secluded part of the wilderness with mountains of stuff he's collected over his lifetime. He considers his trinkets the best company he can find, but will occasionally get lonely enough to welcome visitors to admire (or gawk at) his hoard -- as long as they don't touch anything. He gives the impression he was not always such a shut-in and that life has left him rundown.
Looking for: Visitors to chill with him. Flings. A mate if anyone can put up with his quirkiness.
LEOTAH: FEMALE
Jiji: Jiji is a friendly gal who is not aware she is infertile, nor that most hybrids are, and is looking forward to starting a family one day. She is giving and always willing to offer a paw to help. She travels with a band of traders led by a cheetah named Kalbali.

HYENA: MALE

FAMILIARS
Taraxa Dira: hates his life. This p***k of a bird lives mostly in the Stormborn under the watchful eye of a reaver there. However, he is known to leave for days at a time, and who knows what he's been doing.
Looking for: A lady bird he's taken to and has been trying to sway into his good graces. May or may not be successful. Another bird to be mates should that one fail. Flings are fine! General rogue or Stormborn RP.
Fira: Fira is not a name, per se. It literally means "poisonous snake", so she is simply called by her species same as if a leopard was named Leopard. That being said, "Fira" is a black mamba, the fastest species of snake in the world. She is small for her kind, only 8 feet long, but as far as she's concerned, that just helps her move quicker.
Fira spends a significant amount of time around the Stormborn, almost exclusively in the company of a captain named Kondo who looks like her and feeds her. What's not to like? She is a pissy gal whose bite is as bad as her bark, but don't be so quick to fear her: she does significantly more barking than biting.

Bisra: Bisra is a blank slate!

Bilashi: Bilashi is an African rock python, a species that kills by constricting. They're massive in size (with Bilashi herself being 16 feet long), and known to eat everything from birds to crocodiles. Not only is she big, so is her attitude: this snake is mean. She has a daughter (owned by Kaelyndra) she is never far from.

For Ajia! They can either get along famously, or clash, or both. He's a rambunctious boy, bound to get himself intro trouble. Hates nicknames, for whatever reason, which is most unfortunate with a name that big. He could talk to her about tattoos if she's curious, though his knowledge is limited and probably somewhat fanciful due to his age. xD
Aaand for Niklas, I have his dad and brother and Enok (and Raiden-in-disguise) who could RP with him! *u*and of course, your other Stormborn xD
I also have plenty of firekin! for RP and any joining duels~

And I would looove to RP Niklas with his daddy and brother too. <3 Maybe one with each of them? Or both at the same time. I'm down with anything. Just lemme know so I can add it to my to-do list I'm planning to tackle tomorrow evening.

Perhaps I can offer you some general RP with your Lessie with my Arashi~? I have Arashi's personalty and everything, but she needs some developmental RP and more interactions so I can see her helping you to form Lessie's personality perhaps~? :3
And since Lessie is so beautiful, I can see some slight physical attraction coming from Arashi, although it won't mean anything really because Arashi will not mention it and will simply brush it aside within her own mind and such, not even giving off the slightest hint for the most part that she is feeling such a way. ;p (and yes, Arashi is a female cheetah and is technically pansexual; she isn't in touch with her romance side and is never actively looking for a mate, but she will go for any gender or species if it came down to it, with the only exception that they're other felines. ;3)
