Leenah was busy trying to get her den cleaned out. In the corner of her den were her valuables, mostly small trinkets, nothing particularly special. Across from her trinkets she had a soft fur which she used to sleep on. Right now her den was simple, but she liked the simple things in life so she didn't worry too much about it. Eventually she wanted to gather up some flowers and decorate with them. She would probably ask for someone to escort her to the rogue lands so she could pick all sorts of different flowers.
As she swept the grown with her tail, trying to smooth the ground, her thoughts went to her children who still paid her little attention. She was getting used to it of course. They had their own lives to live and couldn't be bothered to visit her.
She let out a sigh. Perhaps she ought to see them. Leave her den for once like Haiba suggested. She felt so safe in her den though. She hated to admit it, but it scared her to think that the other pride members wouldn't like her. The thought of them hating her caused her to stay in her den, hoping that they would come to her instead. She couldn't stay there forever of course, but she did her best to avoid leaving.
Once she was done sweeping she stood outside her den and admired it from the outside. It didn't look half bad, she decided.

Haiba decided to give Leenah a few days to go out and meet other cheetahs. He didn't want to push his luck, after all. He knew that to get what he wanted he needed to wait and be patient. So patient he was. He went about his daily tasks that were required of him, flirted with a few other pretty females, wondering if they'd become his next target after Leenah. Ah, the purple female had never really left his mind. She was incredible to look at and so very sweet...the perfect combination to win over easily. So far everything seemed to be going very well for him. Haiba did grow a bit concerned, though, when he didn't see Leenah at all for the few days he left her alone. He wondered if she were brave enough to go out an explore. He decided that's what he'd do if she were in her den when he went to investigate. Give her a tour of the pride so she could become familiar with it. So, when he went back and found her standing outside her den, he knew what he had to do. Rather than announce his presence like he had last time, Haiba quietly snuck up behind Leenah, a playful grin on his face. He pounced and landed beside her, leaning in to n** playfully at her ear. "Gotcha!" he said with a laugh.

At first she was startled, but when she saw that it was Haiba who pounced next to her, she relaxed. She let out a giggle. “You did!” She said as she glanced at him. “How have you been since our last encounter?”
It was good timing on his part, she thought. Now that she finished fixing her den up, she had nothing to do. Having company would resolve that problem. “I just finished fixing up my den. It is starting to feel more and more like home.” she said proudly, her attention went back to her work. “I think that I am going to gather some flowers up tomorrow to add to it. What do you think?”
Her tail wiggled with excitement. She was glad that Haiba was the first one to see her fixed up den. It wasn't much, but she was still proud of it.

"I've been well," Haiba said with a nod and a smile. "But better now that you're in my day once again." Oh yes, he wasn't going to let up on the flirting this time around. After a tour of the pride he hopefully would make it very clear to her what he was after. And, since she was still such a homebody, he wondered if she'd mind at all. "You know what? I think that would make it just about perfect," he said with a nod after inspecting her den quickly. It was bare, but that was fine. She was new, after all. "Maybe I can suggest some ways to make it better...after a tour?" he suggested, grinning over his shoulder at her. "While we're out and about exploring the pride you can pick some flowers," he added. "A nice touch after all." He moved back to stand before her, tilting his head to the side with a charming grin on his face. 'What do you say?"

Leenah felt her ears warm up. No one had flirted with her since, well since she had been in the rogue lands. She had never been flirted with someone younger then her either. It made her feel good, and she couldn't help but feel all fluttery inside. Haiba really was a sweet heart.
“A tour?” She said a bit shocked and excited. “That sounds like it would be fun!” As long as Haiba was by her side she was sure she would manage to look around the pride without feeling judged. Plus she would get her flowers and would be able to finish her den. It would be perfect.
“I am ready any time you are.” She said with a nod and stood up. It would be her first time seeing the pride. She wondered what they were going to see. Whatever it was she was sure it would be fascinating. Even if it wasn't, at least she would have good company.

'Then let's head out now," Haiba said as he motioned with his head for Leenah to follow. "As you can tell, all the dens are housed in the walls of the valley we're in," he said as he swished his tail to hit a few weeds, making their tiny flowers explode with color. "The trees grow thicker the further in you go, and there's much more vegetation and green things. It's very nice and cool in there as well." He stopped by a particular tree after a few minutes of walking and nodded off to the south. "That's the direction my den is in. To find yours I walk to this tree, then turn right, and boom! There you are," he said with a little chuckle. "We're not so far from one another. Isn't that nice?"

As they walked, Leenah kept close to him, though not close enough to touch. She looked up at the trees and felt the cool breeze brush past her. This was a good spot to relax, she thought as she took in the smells. “I really like this spot.” She said, imagining herself relaxing on some of the more hotter days here.
She glanced over at where his den was, then looked at her own. “I didn't even realize how close we were! If I had known I probably would have tried to visit you.” She said with a laugh. “I like that we're close. When I get lonely and need to talk to you, I won't get lost.” Which would be nice. That was one of the many reasons she avoided leaving her den. She knew that she could get lost so easily.
The other dens were nice she noticed. Some were gorgeous even. She would have to work even harder so hers could be at least decent compared to some of them. “Where to next boss?” She said jokingly after looking at Haiba.

Haiba grinned and nodded slightly. "Nice and close," he confirmed, heading out again after brushing his shoulder against Leenah's. "In care you ever get lonely or need someone to chat with. My den is your den." He curled his tail lightly and let it brush under her chin as he headed off, pointing them in the direction of the center of the crater. "This way, my dear," he called out happily, breaking into a trot. "It only gets better the further we go!" Each step the vegetation seemed to thicken and grown more and more lush. Flowers began to appear and he paused by a large bed of assorted flowers in bloom. "Ah...here we are," he said happily. "Why don't you take your pick? We can bring them back to your den and we can set them up?" Club Snails He's fully grown now! Once we're done here we can put them up for breeding.

“Thank you so much!” She said with a smile. Leenah knew that it wouldn't be too terribly long till she would visit him. With any luck though she would be getting herself out of her den and seeing other members of the pride. Spending time with Haiba was slowly boosting her confidence level.
When he brushed his tail against her, she couldn't help but feel embarrass, but in a good way. She liked getting attention, and would almost never be against getting attention from such a handsome young cheetah. With a nod of her head, she was quickly behind him, keeping close to him.
Her eyes went big as they passed the flowers. There were so many lovely ones! She felt the urge to roll in them out of glee, but decided to be more mature about it. “Oh Haiba! This is wonderful!” She went up and started to smell some of the flowers. “I think I want to get a variety of flowers.” she said as she walked around smelling them and examining them. She had no idea how to tell what flower was the best to have around. All she could do was base them off appearance and smell.
She picked up a blue tinted flower with her mouth. “This one is my favorte though. I would like to get a lot of these.” She began to pick more flowers and made a small pile. “I don't want to pick too many. It would be a shame if someone came here to get flowers as well and their favorite flowers were gone. I would feel terrible.” SilverLutz Sweet! Sounds good to me.

Haiba watched with a little smirk as Leenah indulged herself in the flowers. Perfect! He had forgotten about this little patch of flowers, but perhaps this was the exact distract he needed. "The blue ones?" he asked, wading carefully through the flowers so he didn't accidentally trample any. "Aw...that's very sweet of you," he added, chuckling softly. He decided not to tell her there were other patches of flowers for the other cheetahs. She'd come to find out on her own. "Blue...how about some yellow, too?" he asked, pressing his paw against one of the yellow flowers. "Those go nicely. Then you can have enough to fill your den without taking all of the same flower." He began picking a few of the yellow ones to accent the blue and, once he had a mouthful, nodding back in the direction of her den. They should set these up now that they had a bunch.

“Good idea,” she said with a nod. She grabbed a couple more blue flowers and set them down in her small pile. “This was such a wonderful outing! I never would have thought there was a place here with flowers. I might have to come again, just to enjoy watching them.” She said cheerfully, picking up her flowers in her mouth. As they headed back toward her den, she couldn't help but have a bounce in her step. Today had been such a wonderful surprise! She had no idea how to could thank such a kind cheetah.
As they walked back she looked at all the sites they passed, enjoying every moment of it. She let her tail go over to Haiba's tail and brush against it, to show a sign of thanks. During the walk back she kept close to Haiba's side.
Once she reached the den she carefully set the flowers down. “Now to decorate!” she declared, her voice full of excitement. “Hm, maybe we could braid them, and hang them off the jagged edges of the tops of the den?” She paced around her den trying to think of other ideas. “Or perhaps dig holes in the walks and have the flowers peaking through the walls? What do you suggest?”

Haiba smirked to himself once again as Leenah kept close to his side. He had no doubts in his mind that he'd get what he'd want once they returned to her den. Once they arrived he set his mouthful down and glanced around at the options they had. "I like the braid idea," he said, pushing his flowers closer to the blue ones that Leenah had brought back. "Although I must admit I'm not very handy at things like that. I wouldn't want to ruin them." His ear flicked in the direction of the mouth of the cave and he glanced back, pretending to look at the sun. "Oh dear...it's getting a bit late," he murmured softly. "I do have some errands I must run for my title...but it's been a pleasure showing you around." He turned back to fix his golden gaze on the purple female, a look of mischief on his face. "Feel free to explore more on your own. You know where my den is..." He took just a few steps forward, keeping his gaze on her. "You wouldn't mind...thanking me before I go, would you? For helping to get your life here underway?" Club Snails One more post from me after this one and I think we're good!

“Braiding it is! I guess I will work on it when it later.” She glanced out the cave. Time seemed to have passed quickly, but that wasn't too big of a surprise. They were having so much fun. “I am sure I'll come and visit you soon.” She said with a nod.
When he stopped and and asked her to thank him, she tilted her head. “Well of course I'll thank you! Without you I would be stuck in my den most of the time. You're practically the only reason I step out of my den.” She said with a laugh stepping toward him. When she was close to him, she put her nose on his as a sigh of affection. “I am very thankful that you've taken your time to show me around. And if you ever need anything from me, I would be more then willing to help you out.”
Leenah stepped back and went deeper into her den. She decided she would take a break then work on braiding. If she was lucky she could get it done before it was too late. Tomorrow she would try and meet some fellow members and invite them over so she could show them the beautiful flowers she found. “You are more then welcome here anytime as well Haiba.” She added. The nose touch pushed Haiba to follow her into her den as she moved back into the darkness, golden eyes glowing in the dim light offered from the mouth of the cave. "I meant in a more...physical way," he said smoothly, moving to press against her side, leading her back to the small bed she had made out of grass and leaves. "Here...get comfortable and I'll show you what I mean." Club Snails Thank you! -shall update that now- And that was my last post!

She felt her ears get warm as she realized what he meant. A smile spread across her maw. She didn't realize that he had felt that way about her, though now looking back it was sorta obvious. She went to the bed and laid down. “I think I know what you mean now,” she said with a laugh. Sometimes she hated that she was so slow, but in the end it was apart of her and she accepted it. She was glad that Haiba financed her. To be honest, she felt that she had started to get some feeling toward the young cheetah. Now she was sure that she would be happy about this, about having someone love her this much. She wondered what the future would hold for them.
