Natural Ability: Blood Born - Francis can manipulate his own blood into various shapes, though to do so requires him biting himself hard enough to break the skin. It also won't hold form for more than a few minutes, meaning he can't really make weapons out of it or anything.
Personality: Francis is a tsundere kid with too much time on his hands to pretend like he knows what he's doing when he really doesn't. But while he acts confident, he's not really. He's basically a teenager who is trying too hard to be impressive, and it's not really working out all that well.
He also complains a lot about schoolwork, but he kind of thinks it's all right at the same time. He gets stupidly excited over anything involving experiments.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? His adopted parents made him come.
