[PRP] Aftermath of a flood [Tzigana x Kova]

Kova had been spending his time around the pride, to be honest, moping around for the longest time after the flood had happened. He had no idea where his mate was and this was heart breaking to him. His children, he knew where they were, most of them anyway. Some of them were a little bumped around and scratched up, but they were older now and he knew that they could handle themselves. What was missing though did tear him up. He had a hard time sleeping at night and he didn't really know what to do with himself. His daughter kept care of him, Vevila was doing a great job but some times he just wanted his space and would wander away. He could never really say what exactly he was doing but he was just wandering.

He was looking though to tell the truth, he was wishing with all of his might that his mate would show up again. He had no clue if she was alive or okay, and he knew leaving the pride was a hopeless cause. He had never been out of the pride in his entire life and he had no clue where he would even start looking, and he also didn't know how far the flooding went. He had no clue where to start or where to go.

He slowed as he approached a tree near the borders, he needed to take a small break, he wandered under it and flopped down under the shade of the tree, his tail flicking around behind him. Asmall sigh escaped his mouth and he flopped on his belly.

Alpaca Chobi

He sat for a moment and his ears perked as the sound of a voice reached his ears. He knew that voice, he knew it very well. He didn't completely know what to do. It sounded like his mate. It sounded like his mate Tzi, and he didn't know if it was actually her or not. He paused and then turned around and looked as the brown tan lioness started to run toward him. He stared for a moment in disbelief, was his mate really running toward him. Was she really alive, he thought that he was never going to see her again.

He blinked a few times trying to convince herself that there was no way that it was her. But she didn't disappear. "Tzi?!" He half shouted, he didn't want to be too loud, he didn't want to alarm anyone in the pride just incase he was imagining the lioness running toward him.

Alpaca Chobi

Kova was pretty happy himself to have seen his made, he too wanted to dance but he didn't as the other lioness danced around him. He didn't want to dance only because he wanted to hold her and make sure that she was real that was for sure. He paused and then started to move closer to the male, his tail flicking around behind him and then he nudged her. "No you're alive!" He said pretty surprised himself. "Many of the pride is still alive but I thought that you were dead." He said a frown on his face, he wasn't that sure of what else to say to his now found mate.

Alpaca Chobi

Seeing her clearly upset face made him pretty upset himself. He reached his paw out and pulled her closer to him. "Oh no hon!" He moved closer to her and then nudged her a little bit as he did. "Don't be sad! It's not your fault and all that matters now is that you're okay!" He flicked his tail around behind her as she waited. " I'm just glad you're okay, that is all that matters."

Kova looked at his mate in tears and was pretty relieved when he realized that they were tears of joy. It made him smile and it made him feel good on the inside, he was more than happy to have this company and more than happy to have her back in her paws. She didn't know what else to do other than sit there and be happy. He was more than contempt to sit tehre for the rest of the day happy because he now had her.
