Bug?

A lot of the tanks show they're glowing with green text and even say that they have players in it but when I go to the tank to BootyGrab they're not glowing at all.
Glitch maybe?

Yes, I ran into that problem too, but not in the last couple of days. Hopefully it's been cleared up now.
