The Gors mean business. Their rage gives them incredible fighting skills. They miss only 1 out of 16 hits, giving them 15 hits.
The Gor's strength is 3 to the Jungle Swarms toughness of 2. They only need a 2 to wound.

11 of the 15 hits wound. The Jungle Swarms do not have any armor saves so they take 11 wounds. Each Jungle Swarm has 5 wounds so only 2 models are removed and 1 has 1 wound on it.
It is now the Jungle Swarms turn to attack.
There are 3 models left, each with 5 attacks. These attacks are made with a WS of 3 against he Gor's WS of 4. The Jungle Swarms need a 4 to hit. Jungle swarms have the poisoned attack special rule meaning any 6 is an automatic wound.

The Jungle Swarms got 8 out of 15 attacks to successfully hit the Gors. One of the Gors succumbed to a snake's poison and received a wound.
We now have to roll to see how many of the 7 hits make a wound. The Gor's toughness is 4 and the Jungle Swarms strength is a 2. They need a 6 to wound.

The Jungle Swarms give it their best but only another 2 strikes do some real damage. The Gors take 3 wounds and 3 out of the 20 models are removed.
This ends combat round 1. The Gor win combat by a long shot but Jungle Swarms are unbreakable. This brings us into close combat round 2.

The Gor really do not like these Jungle Swarms. They score a 5 and receive hatred. We re-roll the 5 failed to hit rolls.

The Gor get another 4 hits giving them a total of another 15 hits.
They only need a 2 to wound.

The Gor take out another 13 snakes and only fail to wound 2 of them. The Gor were only 1 wound away from slaying all of the Jungle Swarms but one jungle swarm remains with 1 wound left.
The last remaining Jungle Swarm now gets 5 attacks and they need a 4 to hit. Any 6 is an automatic wound.

3 of the 5 attacks hit and 1 of them fills the Gor with poison. The Jungle Swarm needs a 6 to wound for the last 2 hits.

The pile of snakes can't mange to bite hard enough to harm the Gors. Only 1 more wound is taken and the Gors lose 1 more model out of 17.
The 16 remaining Gor clearly win combat again but fail to sly all of the Jungle Swarms. 1 wound remains on the final Jungle Swarm yet they stay in battle because they are unbreakable.
