I saw a picture of him with a messed up demon eye and a weird tattoo like thing aorund the side of face with that eye. whats that about? if its a technique, what technique is it?

if so...the eye is Sharingan...and the other stuff is from the cursed seal Orochimaru used on him...

If you've gone up to the chuunin exams, it's when Orochimaru bit Sasuke's neck. That's how he got the Cursed Seal.
The Cursed Seal corrupts the body and mind, and one's will. Sasuke, already having a low will, was easily captivated by this curse, and it's likely going to be the death of him. It's caused more damage than Itachi has.

Yes, when he is in full transformation, or, when that pattern covers his whole body, his body changes quite a bit, just like the Sound 5.
