Military of Mizu ||
xxx► General ||
The generals work directly under the king. They have proven themselves on the field of combat and have shown to be both loyal and tactful. Only one general stands, currently, but if the military grows, there may be more added to the military.

Blurb.
xxx►Colonel ||
The colonels serve directly under the Generals and serve as his second in command. They can have up to five captains under them but typically are encouraged to keep only three. They carry out the general's orders in his absence and are generally signed to one providence to act as the region's authority.
xxx►Captains ||
The captains serve directly under the Colonel of their providence. They're in charge of training and commanding the soldiers under them. There are typically 2-5 captains per Colonel.
xxx►Lieutenant ||
The Lieutenants are the 'lead guards' of the pride. They have proven themselves as more valuable fighters than the common soldier and are often trusted with the higher-risk missions. They serve under their captain.

While not the most confident of lions, Rushil has a decent head for strategy. He's not one of the most proficient of fighters either, but he's stubborn as an ox and will hold his ground until the last breath he takes. It's often said that his promotion is due to his overly-thick hide.
xxx►Sergeants (Soldiers & Guards) ||
The Sergeants are the majority of the guards. They follow orders, provide the bulk of the military, and mobilize against threats to the kingdom.
xxx►Privates (Trainees) ||
When an individual enters the military, this is the rank they sit at until they prove themselves capable of taking on guard duty.
Crime & Punishment ||
The king of Mizu is not to be trifled with. He had a head for combat and a body that's said to be immune to pain. He commands both fear and respect in his kingdom through an absolute intolerance for insubordination. There are rumors that he has even laid gods low, but the king has neither confirmed or denied such claims.
Mizu-ou does not tolerate crime within his kingdom. Any punishment will be made into a public spectacle in order to discourage any from attempting the same crime within the borders of the kingdom.
• Theft ||
If caught, the offending individual will have his or her claws removed from one paw.
• Insubordination ||
Any upstart within the military that questions the actions or orders of their superior, fails to carry out an order, or acts outside of the perimeters of their rank will have their backs clawed with seven strokes for every incident then exiled from the kingdom.
• Adultery ||
Sadly, this is a crime that the throne turns a blind eye to. If it's formally brought up, the offender will get a warning. Because of this, flings are a little less likely to land the couple in hot water, but the b*****d offspring will have a very hard time climbing up in rank.
• Murder or Attempted murder||
A very public execution performed by the king himself. |
