Should I find the winner was untruthful, I reserve the right to re-roll a new winner. 3. The cub should stay in Tianxia. It needs more activity! 4. While I understand that characters develop sometimes out of our control, this boy should not ever be evil, crazy, or claim abuse in their childhood. Their mother wouldn't allow such things. They will be raised in a loving nurturing atmosphere, and Tianxia protects their cubs from harm. 5. More rules will be added as needed.

About the Family Name: Kulin He's a rogue trader that roams the wide lands, trading in small but sparkly goods. They mostly are made to appeal to females or the fashion-forward. His fling with Ou Se was brief and unattached. He will have no place in the lives of his cubs, nor is he aware they exist. He is, however, a relatively good guy.
