Finna was waiting for the golden male outside the pridal area. Though she was closer than she probably should have been. She should really be careful, but she happened to know he came this way every night. She wasn't too worried about getting caught. She wondered if he would help her, if she were to be seen. She assumed not, but she hoped he would. Her heart skipped a beat at the idea of the male. He was everything she wanted. He was becoming a new captain, according to gossip from Canicah. He was so perfect, his body like the chiseled marble of the gods..If she really even knew what those were.

She squeaked with joy when she saw his shape walking towards the woodline. He always walked this way, clearing his head after training. He always smelled of a deep musk, that strong odor of a job well done. It made her soo attracted to him. She could hardly control herself.

Once he was deep enough into the shadows, Finna popped out, a smile on her maw. She did her best to put on her most seductive look. She was a pretty female. Definitely someone that would be a good female to call someone's own. Or at least, that's what she thought.

Erykk had been expecting her to appear. He smelled her scent around the area everytime he came to the area. She had no idea the danger she was putting herself in, and it made him scoff. She was silly, and irresponsible. But she was strangely attractive. Not in the 'I want to spend the rest of my life with you way.' But the 'We ain't nothing but mammals' sort of way.

When she appeared out of the trees, he continued walking, passing by her as she put on her display. It was clear what her intentions were. He would find it hard to resist trying her out at least once. It was just in his nature. Though he would make her work for it.

"Finna." He greeted as he walked past her, acting as if he hadn't really noticed.

Finna frowned, and walked faster, rubbing against him, a purr deep down in her gullet.

"Erykk, It's good to see you tonight. It's been rather lonely, out here all alone. I haven't even been to the dens to see Papa. He's probably angry with me." She said, with a frown. "But I really need some attention. Can't you spend a little time with me?" She was trying not to beg, but she was being honest when she said it had been awhile since she had seen her family. She had taken solidarity, mostly to follow Erykk when he would leave the den into the forest line. She had to always be prepared. She didnt even realize that she was being as clingy as she was. Truth was, inside she didn't care. She wanted Erykk to make her his wife, and she would do what she had to.

Erykk looked her over, stopping and sighing. "Is that so? And why would it be my attention you seek out again and again?" He liked what he saw when he looked at her. Knowing she was a clinger, he was weighing the pros with the cons. But once she started rubbing against him, her tail flicking him in the throat and purring just for him.. All bets were off.

"I told you. I'm lonely. You're the only one I know that won't turn me in on sight. I don't belong as a thrall." She pouted.

"You are lucky I don't make you my thrall with the way you follow me." He snapped back, though his tone was calm.

"That wouldn't be an ideal situation, but it would definitely show you how good I can be." She purred again, looking into his eyes.

He raised a paw, grabbing her chin roughly and grinned. His grin was dark and he made sure to look directly into her eyes.

"Believe me darling. Being my thrall, does not give you sexual perks. It could, but just because you want it, it wouldn't." He wasn't sure if he meant those words, but it didn't really matter. He had no intention of inthralling her. No way in hell.

"Aww.. Erykk you are so mean to me you know. I've never been anything but nice to you."
"You've been manipulative to me. Takes a con to know a con, love. You are a con. Your sweet act hasn't fooled me a bit." He released her chin, and sat, tail flicking against her thigh.

"Oh I have not. I just wanted to show you I can be a good time. I could be a good wife you know.. Maybe if I married you, I'd be allowed back. Wouldn't you want me on your arm?" Briefly Erykk thought of the whores back in the pride that would throw themselves at anyone. He knew Finna was not like that, he knew Finna well, as gossip was everything in the pride. He knew she was genuine about being lonely, and so he would oblige her a night.

"I am more than willing for a good time. Just realize, this is a once thing. It's not happening again. You are not my wife." He said.

"You will want to keep coming back, I promise." She was mostly hoping she was right, because she had no idea what came to sex or the like. But she just knew she was lonely. She was rather ashamed of her actions right now, but she could hardly help her feelings for him being so strong!

"Ah. I doubt that."

*A Few Hours Later*

He stretched, shaking his mane out and beginning to walk to the exit of the forest den. He had enjoyed Finna's company quite a bit. She had been a good little girl, doing as he commanded. Though he knew now that she hadn't been with anyone before him. That surprised him a bit. But it was just another plus.

"Going already?" She asked, sitting up, her eyes a big sleepy. She had dozed off afterwards, and woke when she heard his claws upon the earth.

"Of course I'm leaving. Did you think I was going to cuddle with you?" He asked, scoffing at the idea.

Finna frowned. "Wow that wasn't nice. You can't say you didn't enjoy me..." She said, her voice wavering a bit. She was a fiery girl, but she was feeling rather embarrassed at the moment. Even though he had stated it wasn't serious, she felt love for him. She couldn't help it, and she just -knew- she could convince him.

"Of course I did. I never said I didn't. You were amazing. Though remember my words sweetheart. This was not serious. This was me having my way and then being on my way." He spoke honestly. His tone firm.

"But.. B-..I-.. You really don't want to make me your wife?" She asked, her heart beginning to patter in her chest. She didn't want to cry, but tears were begging to form.

"I told you that, Finna. Come on, don't guilt me. You are beautiful, and you will find someone. But it's not me." He turned to leave, and when his silhouette had dissappeared from the den.. Finna's tears began to fall. She curled up into herself, knowing she had done this to herself. BUt she wasn't done. After a few minutes of tears, she sobered up and cleared her throat. She just knew he was playing hard to get... He loved her, she knew he did. She just had to get him to realize it to.
