Sludge had been exploring the school grounds, trying to keep out of sight of the other students by hoping on top of lockers and keeping in the darkened areas. By now he had mastered the art of walking on two legs just like everyone else, but it was still difficult to navigate the school at times. Especially when all the other students were moving at once.
To get away from the noisy chaos, Sludge had opened one of the doors to a classroom, and was faced with a long passageway instead. It was strange, as the passageway looked nothing like the black and orange environment that was the school. Sludge hissed as he walked down the passageway, his eyes scanning the new area. Everything was grey and falling apart, wisps of fog obscuring his feet. Such a strange new place to be in...
As he moved past a rotten piece of wood that stuck out from the wall, his arm caught on the edge of it, ripping his skull pin clear off. Sludge then felt his body change, morphing back into a more comfortable form. So thats what the pin was for...
He left it there, and continued down the hallway and towards a door. He could hear the sounds of something hitting something else. Intrigued, his clawed hand closed around the door and opened it, crouching low as he saw the props littered on the floor.
Quickly he went to hide behind the tree looking prop, watching the other occupant of the room as she used a bent piece of wood with strong attacked to fire a long thing at a red and white circle.

A solid thunk of the arrow as it hit one of the cut out trees, Lan watched as it fell. Practice or not, this wasn't exciting, in fact, it was downright boring. She wanted to spar, to fight, to practice and train. This was just- well it was boring is what it was. Huffing as she folder her arms into her sleeves, she wondered if maybe, she should have just gone back to her new home, and attempted to settle in there.
At least there she'd maybe not feel so bored and could watch others.
Or try to find Aeron and just...do something.
She didn't know what but something. Yeah, that was always a good plan. Taking aim at one last final tree, she smiled to herself thinking it would go down then she'd go to find the horseman she liked.
Only as the tree fell, something was reviled to have been behind it. "Oh?" She kept her bow up before smiling. "What do we have here? An actual target for my practice?"
