The ghost boil wasn’t new to the haunted house, nor, was he new to the fact it could be dark damp and cold. Thankfully, Frost didn’t mind these things. Dark was fine, he had good night vision. Damp was fine, it turned to ice when it hit him anyway, (unless it was humid, then he’d have a problem), and cold? Frost shook his fur, snow falling from him. No, the haunted house was more or less comfortable to him. If anything the only downside was that in this area, it looked like some mad scientist had gone nuts and blown everything up.
Stepping over wires and broken electrical equipment, the wolfos wondered why anyone would take technology over magic. The Goddesses seemed distant when you tried to replace them with gadgets and gizmos. He preferred his magic, his old ways.
Even if tech did mean doggie treats.
Here it just meant a dangerous place to walk.

This strange house held many rooms and passageways reminiscent of the hives and caverns he had lived in all his life, and they were proving to be just as confusing to a outsider. If the xenomorph wasn't mistaken, he was sure this place was alive, the rooms forever changing to stop him from finding the passageway that had led him here.
But even if he was unable to navigate the house properly there were a few perks to this place. Not only was it quiet, but it was dark as well, the little light adding to his camouflage as he stalked the rooms, his other senses helping him to see where he was going.
Soon he began aware of another presence within the house. His elongated head swiveled to get a better reading of the location, and he soon found what he was looking for. A animal of some sort.
Sludge couldn't help but grin, feeling the urge to frighten the thing in this darkened area. It would make for some good practice.
His claws sought out the walls of the room, by passing the broken equipment on the floor as he crawled up the wall and onto the roof with ease, hoping to try and sneak up on the wolfos.

Frost guessed this student was either really new, or, was just stupid. He’d seen both. Another eye roll, he waited for the boil to leave before trying to head out- only to see that the boil was back. Whatever he had done, he was sorry for, couldn’t he just be left alone? Or allowed to leave? Stupid house. Stupid magical house with its broken technology. Huffing as he was jumped yet again, the canine laid down. He was just going to accept it. This guy was going to need some help.
At one time he’d have been happy but- another sigh, forever sighing, Frost rolled, attempting to remove his little cling on. “Come on now- shoo. Go.. do whatever it was you were doing before you jumped me.“
