Kifunguo made his way steadily up the coast towards cooler waters than that provided by the Kizingo'zaa. Unlike his ignorance of other mortal prides, the God knew well the reputation provided by the Myrsky Syntynyt. Where as he normally have kept himself in his godly form, he would do no such thing here. Once he had flown into the coast line and settled on a plot of line he shifted into that of an average grown lion male. He could do nothing about his lack of eyes, however, and hoped the stitches would not be too much of a distraction should he be seen by others.
The jagged edges of cliffs were the first things his paws found, and it unnerved him. This terrain wouldn't be as easy to navigate as the soft beaches had been. Here there was less vegetation for him to grasp, which meant his steps were slower. Kifunguo kept one ear turned away from the sea, trying to hear others if they came.
After all, it would be a lot easier to explain that telling a mortal he could see their bone structure as easily as they could see his fur.
