Cub Contest! -Judging-

This contest has three cubs up for grabs! All three will be living in Nguvu Tamaa (the sith pride). I would like for all three cubs to stay part of the pride, however if a plot does take them out that is fine. Please just run it by me before hand. (mostly because there will be IC consequences for the family members of the member that deserts the pride)

Starting: 12/3
Ends: 12/8 @ 11pm PST

Notes:
The cheetah cubs were custom-ins. This means only people who did not use their slots for July may try for them.
Evil personalities are more then welcomed!
Super sweet personalities probably won't fit too well though.
Please read up on the pride.
Must stay with family until they reach adolescents. If you plan on having them leave the pride pm me so we can discuss it.
If you enter for more then one cub, please make a preference list.

Cheetah Family

Kairos; Carefree, unreliable, honorable, and clumsy. He was once a prince- king to be. But he had to leave to find his sister.. and well never came back. They were apart of an elfen- colony of cheetahs. He is also a very powerful seer but doesn't know it yet. For that, shortly after leaving the cubs' mother to find them food- he was greeted with an empty bed where the cubs' mother laid and was ambushed, captured and dragged to the Kuroi'Nera. (Chi Sohma)

Daiyu; Daiyu has never been a typical member of the Sith. She is only apart of the pride because the pride leader Majanga saved her life. After that she had a rather large crush on the Sith lord, despite him never returning her advances. She has been threatened to be kicked out of the pride time after time, but she always manages to find a way to make herself useful for the pride. After misunderstanding one of Majanga's orders, she has returned to the pride with a litter of cubs. At first Majanga was upset, but decided that with some training the young cheetah cubs could be potential Sith. She will be protective of the cubs, but she also hopes they will make Majanga proud. Jiayi; Jiayi will be playful enough as a cub. He tends to be more on the quiet side of things. Around his siblings he'll be more open and playful, but once he deals with the other pride members he because as quiet as a rock. Partially it is out of fear, but the other part is that he doesn't want to look foolish in front of them. He will work by himself to improve his abilities and be able to talk to the other pride members. (R4gn0r0k IV)

Caerus; Mirrors his father in many ways. Except he didn't get the honorable part. He instead- likes to play tricks and later during his training to be a sith will develop a taste for jedi blood. He is very is in fact very handsome, and will use his looks to manipulate but his clumsy/carefree side sometimes makes him look 'humble' which he will later come to realize and will use it as a tool. He also excels in any contest where it has to do with athletics. He will aim to please his father but realize it to be futile for his clumsy nature. He disregards his mother often. (Chi Sohma)

Lioness family

(mother)Mazal; Mazal will not be apart of the cubs lives for long. While she is apart of their lives, she will be extremely protective of the cubs, to the point where they will have little to no interaction with the other pride members.

Her future plots involve her getting sick and dying. The cubs will be informed about what happened to their mother and will be raised by the pride. (R4gn0r0k IV)

Jamadagni; Jama is a serious lion that doesn't have a lot of humor. He won't laugh in public and what he finds funny are the sarcastic and dry humors rather than that of the silly and senseless, and sometimes down right crude humors (Three Stoogies are not in his favorites). Jama can and does come off as a jerk, insensitive, uncaring, and cold-hearted, but it just that he doesn't allow his emotions to be on display to the public's eye and scrutiny. Those are private and only met to be seen by those that he allows, close friends and lovers. If and when he has children, they will probably not see those emotions because Jama wouldn't want to show them indiscretions and weaknesses, attempting to be a good role model, though he will not be as uncaring toward them as he appears to those on the outside. Jama is a patient, tolerant, and stable male that doesn't believe in dictating to others. (Dame NightFury)

Serael; Serael is determined to make a name for herself. She likes hearing praise from other pride members about how good her abilities are. She tends to play more violently then the average cub and has no issues with getting down and dirty. As she grows up she'll eagerly fight anyone who questions her ability. (R4gn0r0k IV)



Majanga is not related to the cubs by blood. However he will be one of the pride members who will primarily be raising them. He will be strict with the cubs, but will favor them over some of the other pride members. (R4gn0r0k IV)

Which cub are you entering for: Cheetah girl
Name: Minka
Meaning: Strong-willed warrior
Prompt: 1
Minka from a cub is super serious. She wants very much to impress Majanga. Being the only girl in her litter she tries hard to suppress her femininity wanting instead to be just like the boys. As she grows she will learn to use her looks to her advantage. Her goal in life is to be a Lord's Hand and will go out of her way to impress Majanga, she cares little about much else.

Name: Buru'Ju
Meaning: brutal
Prompt: 1
Buru is the type of male who will do anything to get what he wants. He will trample over just about anyone to get what he wants, hell sometimes he will trample over them just to trample over them. He wishes to rise in the ranks as high as possible, he would like very much to be a High Lord once he is an adult. Its not so much that he wishes to impress anyone, more so that he just doesn't want anyone to be above him.

My preference would be Cheetah girl, then the Cheetah boy. XD

Name: Tuk'ata
Meaning: The word for Sith hounds in the Sith language.
Prompt: 3. What song fits the cub? Explain why.

I've selected Problem Child by AC/DC. Tuk'ata is a rough and tumble cub that has no use for authority and challenges it at every turn. She'll need a lot of attention to make sure she remains loyal to the Sith and doesn't decide to do things for her benefit rather than the benefit of the pride, but once she's old enough to understand that her misbehaving causes pain and suffering, she'll get a clue.

Name: Lumiya
Meaning: Named after Dark Lady of the Sith Lumiya (Shira Brie)
Prompt: 1. Personality:
She certainly has her father's personality. But whereas he is tempered and has, if not a soft side, certainly one that is not as harsh, his dark-marked daughter is exactly as she appears to everyone, regardless of your affiliations or relationship to her. Cold, calculating and with a sarcastic witt that is as sharp as her claws. These natural tendancies are helped along further by Majanga's extra parenting. She leaves you in no doubt as to where you stand with her, and it is rarely in her good graces...

& 2. Plot:
As she grows and her training advances, she angles towards becoming the Lord's Hand. As part of her search for knowladge and power she meets Darth Ruyken, a current Lord's Hand. From him she refines both her battle skills and her stratagy. And at the same time, forming a dangerous alliance with a very skilled assassin.
Her temper hones during training into a dark intellegance which she brings to the battlefield. A skilled fighter, it is her behind-the-scenes plotting that are most dangerious, as she often has her own informants running covertly in the background. A dangerous female she will either be a great asset to Majanga, or a seriious threat.

Meaning: Hard Protection in German
Prompt 3: Rammstein - Du Hast. Burkhardt thinks everyone hates him, he feels like the 'ugly duckling'. So he is the punk that goes out of his way to show that he's the toughest in the class, but he won't be controlled. He'll have a rough, complicated reaction to authority; but he'll secretly strive for approval from the high father figure.

Name: Aleit (Sounds like Elite)
Meaning: Short for Adelaide in German
Prompt 3: Hell to the No : She will be the boss of her own destiny. Being a sith is cool and all, but her first priority is herself. From cubhood her perception of self preservation will be quite apparent, she will make transitions from one position to the next seamlessly to stay on top of whatever the next game was. As she grows, she'll perfect the notion of staying one step ahead of the game. She'll grow a quick wit, a sharp tongue, and very well protected walls guarding her true self.

(Side note: Exploring German names taught me that Conrad means Brave Counsel.)

Meaning: "Blue death" in Swahili
Prompt: 3 - Ultranumb - Blue Stahli
She may have a temper on her, but this girls loyalty runs deep. She is the Hell Hound on a leash; the demon with one master. Bluu takes her role a child of happen stance as a positive thing. If she hadn't been born now then she might have been over looked by older cubs, and not seen as favorably to Majanga. Restraint isn't in her vocabulary. If Bluu wants something she'll go at it full force, leaving no prisoners in her wake, unless told otherwise by her superiors. She'll settle for no less than High Lady, and will sacrifice her life if need be to pursue the position.

Thank you everyone who applied! This was incredible difficult to judge. I wish I had enough to give everyone one. If you did not get a sith from this event, there will hopefully be another opportunity in the near future.
