Ta'hi loved her siblings, every single one of them, but at the moment she kind of wanted to throttle the young ones. She had worked very hard to find that branch that looked like it was lying around doing nothing, but in reality was sitting around and waiting on her to put it into the crafting she had all but finished. How was she to know this was going to happen. Just when she was almost finished with this craft and could move onto to retrieve the next piece of idea or inspiration by looking into the smoothness of an unrippling puddle - one that she couldn't drown in preferably.
She'd be lucky if the branch wound up in the same shape it was in BEFORE all of this happened. Well, Ta'hi had to admit it was at least that it was kind of fun, though she wasn't going to admit that to P'xan and Tanhi. At least not yet. And Ta'hi tried to keep a grin or even an echo of a grin from her face, but was failing miserably. That didn't change the fact that she needed that branch back. Sooner rather than later.
