[OFFICE TOT - SOLO] ToT: Office Edition [Callista]

After watching the humans trick or treat, Callie was curious to doing it on her own. She decided not to dress up, as she wasn't sure how or what she would dress up as. Was it possible to dress up as a human? She could probably hide her ears and tail and possibly get some of those 'costumes' she heard about from the Human World. It seemed like too much trouble for some candy.

In the end, she just chose to wear different clothes. Fancier clothes that made her look like a princess. That counted as a costume right? The only problem was that it was rather warm. "Hopefully this doesn't take too long..."

[Ms. Caroline - 1]

It didn't take long for Callie to decide on where to stop first. In her head, it only made sense for her to visit the Creepateria first. She made her way to see Ms. Caroline whom was hiding in the back of the Creepateria making cupcakes. "Yum... I hope some of these are carrot cupcakes..."

Callie was about to say 'trick-or-treat' when she was greeted by a tray of 3 cupcakes and some decorating material. She had to decorate cupcakes in order to get some candies? Okay! No problem! The nagual took some of the black frosting and drew a bat on the top of one. She used some candy corn for teeth and some white chocolate chip for eyes.

She was proud and lifted it up to show Ms. Caroline. The ghoul looked at her briefly and just grunted. Ms. Caroline looked down and threw her one candy. "Great... One candy..."

[Ms. Caroline - 2]
Callie looked down at her next cupcake and decided to try and make a skull on it. She used primarily white frosting and some dark chocolate chips to make eyes and accent the teeth. Once again, she lifted it up to Ms. Caroline.

Ms. Caroline didn't even bother lifting her head, only her eyes. She didn't grunt, just glanced and continued what she was doing. "Okay... Bad choice... "

[Ms. Caroline - 3]

With her third and final cupcake, Callie decided to make a black cat. It was simple enough with black frosting, but she tried to add some details to the fluff and some mean eyes... She thought the final result was a bit cute and scary.

Callie lifted it up to Ms. Caroline and actually managed to get her to crack a smile. It was quick, but it was something. The cafeteria overlord threw her two candies. Three candies for three cupcakes. It wasn't a horrible haul.

"Okay... Enough cupcakes for now..." Callie smiled at Ms. Caroline and thanked her for her time and candy. "Where should I head to now..."

[Professor Darcy]

She walked through the hall and stopped at an open door. It was the door of Professor Darcy. She looked inside and could see a single red light as well as a bowl of candy. Everything else... She didn't know.

Just in case, Callie knocked on the door frame. He quickly responded that if she wanted the candy, all she had to do was walk in and get it herself. The professor was busy and didn't want to be bothered.

The Nagual walked in without a care. She took a few steps and heard cracking under her feet. It appeared to have disturbed the professor and he glared at her. He stood up and handed her a single candy, standing there staring. Callie apologized and started walking away.

Callie let out a sigh. She looked at the 4 candies in her hand. Trick or treating was a lot harder than she imagined.

[Professor Kenner]

Callie tried her best not to get a bit saddened on how irate Professor Darcy had been with her. Instead, she looked forward to seeing the next professor. Hopefully, they would not be as grumpy.

She eventually ended up at Professor Kenner's room. Usually, the room would be dusty, but it was clean and it seemed like he had hidden candies around the room. "I wonder if the young humans would have to do this..."

There were not many decorations in the room, but Callie chose to search inside the light fixture. She found one candy, albeit a bit dusty. It would, at least, add to her collection of candies and give her a grand total of five.

"All this work for 5 pieces of candy?!" She was starting to regret actually having dressed up. It was getting warm in her 'princess' costume. Callie thanked Professor Kenner and once again walked off to find more candy.

[Professor Pyre]

Callie was relieved when she found her way to Professor Pyre's office. The area was cooler, but she wasn't fond of the dampness. The room looked as it normally was, but the professor was celebrating, right? She looked at the professor sitting next to a cauldron with a cat-like creature next to it. Callie hoped she didn't have to fight the thing for candy.

It didn't look like it wanted to share.

When she heard the task, Callie was a bit taken back. Just a little. Maybe more than a little. After everything else, what did she expect from the professors?

Callie reached out her hand to pet the creature. It seemed okay at first, but Callie managed to cut her hand on one of the sharp spines on the creature. Professor Pyre looked displeased with her failure, but the professor couldn't be as disappointed as Callie was in herself.

She turned around to leave when she saw one piece of candy sitting near the exit. "Well, seems like the guardian creature may have had some pity on me tonight," she thought as she stared at her sixth candy.

[Professor Winter]

Callie spent some time nursing her cut. Gladly, it wasn't too deep and blood didn't get elsewhere on her clothes. Though it could make her 'costume' seem creepier with some blood. She looked at her hand and was tempted to smear it, but blood was hard to clean...

Soon, Callie found herself in front of Professor Winter's office. She knocked on the door and said 'trick or treat' and the professor answered the door. Like the previous times before, Professor wanted her to work for the candies. It couldn't be as hard as other things she'd done already.

Professor Winter asked for a roar...?!

She was, essentially, a rabbit, so making loud noises was not her thing. Callie attempted a roar and managed to make some noise, pleasing Professor Winter enough to earn two candies! Part of her wanted to wait a while longer to hear someone else roar, but Callie was getting a tad bit drained in the dress and still hot.

Thanking the professor, Callie moved on.

[Professor Rengath]

The Nagual was not prepared for where she would end up next - the theatre teacher's office. Callie knocked on the door and admired the decorations when he opened the door. He noticed she was in costume and asked Callie to 'play the part'.

She was a princess - how hard could it be?

Callie upped her attitude a little bit and spoke to the professor as if she was above him. There were a few demands for candy in her monologue. Apparently, it wasn't too bad because the professor suggested practicing in front of a mirror. Then, he handed her two candies.

There was no interest in becoming an actor, but Callie was quite happy at the candy. She seemed to be a bit better at it. Her total count was 10 candies now!

[Professor Million Wagner ]

One of the reasons why Callie had wanted to go to the school in the first place was to be able to scare. She was very book smart, but lacked tactics to scare well. Anything abnormal scared humans, so it wasn't that hard, but Callie did want to get good at it, maybe even great.

She wandered around Professor Million Wagner's 'maze' until she found her sitting behind a desk with 5 cups in front of her. All Callie had to do was pick the one with a ghost. One in five chance wasn't bad. She picked one of the cups on the outside and... Found a demon.

For trying, Professor Million Wagner gave her one candy. Feeling tired, Callie thanked her and walked out of the maze. She headed back to her dorm room, satisfied with having earned 11 candies. It didn't seem like much, but she really did earn them.
