Akay slipped from the dense forest that he had called home his whole life. In the dense forward Akay had lived a pretty sheltered life. His father was the captain of the defence sector. After the colony had suffered a couple of attacks by lion Akay had never really been aloud to leave. But he was an adult now, and he desperately wanted to see what the world was like outside his dense dark home.
He took one step out from the tree line. It felt weird not to walk along the branches he had become so accustom to. He took a few hesitant steps into the grassy field. He kept low in the grass just sort of looking around to see all he could see. The world suddenly felt so large and Akay felt the urge to turn and retreat back into the forest he knew.
