Rainbow ticket is sitting at 6 trillion gold. Should the d-party recolor an item as a group? We would make the rule that it has to be Diedrich colors. We could hold item nominations and vote for the winner. Then the person who nominated the item would be promised to get one, while the others could be given out as prizes or what have you.
We have the gold for it, and it could be fun to do as a group. We would want to hammer out details.
What are the rules for the Rainbow ticket again? How many poses do we get, and how many copies of the item?
And we have much gold? 20 trillion, last time I saw, I think? So, we'd still have a good chunk left over. It would be fun to have an official D-Party item on the site. But first, maybe we should make some kind of budget? Like, look at how much gold we spent on previous events, and use that to calculate how much we might need for the next couple ones coming up, so we don't end up short changed.

Depending on communication with staff, we might be able to make it a more common drop if we ask (unless they think they'll make mad cash on it being rare...?).
As for what to recolor itself, that's a hard ask. It'd be great to get more toxic/red/black combos. And many often-site-recolored items are within the ten pose limit, such as, perhaps, "Moira's Democratic Rebellion"? emotion_kirakira
But then there is also the idea of making sure we either do one masculine one feminine (thus double the cost) or a gender neutral item to appeal best to the whole D-Party.
It's a lot of work. It has good potential at having us be more than just the party thread group (not that that's terrible), but would require other stipulations like "can we find the right item(s) for our first go?" and the question of overall rarity.
It's ten poses, no EIs or newly limited items. 25 copies. The rest get released in a CI, and possibly sold in the cash shop later on. As for rarity, someone in the GCD might have an idea. They got a ticket thread there.
Instead of buying it off the MP, we could PM the seller and see if they would like to haggle and do it in a trade. It could bring the price down a little for us, and they would be able to avoid the MP tax.

I'm also for having both gender poses. But I would find a way to use anything.
