For some reason Sub wants you to take some weird tiny device and slap it on the Anistar Sundial, hanging around until night fall to make sure it works. He's being really cryptic about it and advised you to avoid anyone dressed in red outfits. He isn't telling you something but hey, he promised a reward so why not?

Once Sub told Vlad what he needed to do, he pulled up the map function, and found the city he was tasked to go to. He also put the mysterious stone, which was humming weirdly into his jacket pocket.
"Huh, I wonder what this stone is" he said to himself as he put the Lunatone into its poke ball. Vlad knew it wasn't the most fond of its poke ball, but for now it was the most logical option.
"You won't stay in here for long buddy." He said, tucking the poke ball away in easy reach.
Vlad was ready for this first mission, and he hoped that he would succeed. Now his main goal: to not be seen. He was decent with being stealthy, but this was an all new challenge. As he head out of the HQ, he took in a deep breath.
"Here we go." He said as he stepped out of the cave into the light.

Sub said as he suddenly showed up behind Vlad, a Claydol rotating beside him. "This is the team's resident Claydol, if you ever want to get somewhere fast he'll be glad to teleport you. Fella has been all over the world and back. If you want he can teleport you to Anistar City, or you can take the long way, your choice. Either way, see you when you get back." He said, walking back into the cave, the Claydol remaining behind as it lazily rotated in place.

Emensmansera ((been busy)) "Im going to take the claydol." He said, looking at it curiously. "Som how does this work, do you just think about where you want to go and it sends you there?" he asked poking the claydol with his finger, feeling the cold, rough clay. He so desperatly wanted one of these pokemon, so he would do his best to finish this task to the best of his abilities. No one would answer that question, instead the Claydol would give off a weird moan, an ancient one almost, and the pair would be ripped out of existence. The trip would happen in a blink of an eye, the pair soon appearing in front of the Anistar City Pokemon Center. The Claydol wouldn't stick around for long though as it teleported away again. "Oh, a word of warning. Some people experience teleportation sickness their first time. You know, vomiting and stuff." Sub spoke through Vlad's SNAG, apparently having called him and answered the call himself.

"you don't say...." Vlad replied a bit weakly, as he felt a bit dizzy. "did that just happen; did I just travel through space and tie with Pokemon?" He asked himself, as he stood there for a moment, and got his bearing back together. "So all I need to do, is put this stone in that big thing up on that hill?" he asked into the SNAG device. As he waited for a response he called his lunatone out of its Pokeball. "Okay buddy, it time to do this," he said rubbing the Pokemon, feeling the rough space rock wich was cold but had a weird warmness to it which he could not explain.

Anistar City was pretty quiet today, at least as quiet as it could get in a city. The Anistar Sundial could be seen glittering in the distance at the far end of town where land meets sea. "Today only! A free Anistar espresso with the purchase of a croissant!" A man was shouting in front of a cafe but the few people that walked by seemed to ignore him, in fact the cafe seemed pretty dead, must be desperate for business.

"Right on," he replied. Immediately feeling disgusted that he had said that. "All right, buddy, where do you think this sundial thing is?" he asked his Lunatone. "Lune-Lune" the Lunatone replied, Vlad felt a small headache when the Lunatone relpied; he pushed it to the side and decided to ask that guy with the mechanical arm back in HQ about it. He let the Lunatone lead the way to the Sundial. "Man, there is not that much happening in this city..." he thought, "it seems to quiet..." Vlad kept course, and as the day went on he didn't seem to reach the sundial. Maybe it was farther than he had initially thought.

Eventually Vlad would make it to the sundial, finding himself at the entrance to a big open circular plaza with the sundial glistening at the far side of it. A few people seemed to be here, looking out at the sea or just relaxing on a bench. However, not all was peaceful, least not to Vlad. He would soon spot a person clad in red with red sunglasses loitering in front of the sundial, his shaded face rotating ever so slowly to scan the area in front of the sundial as if guarding it. He had two Pokeballs on his belt but thankfully none of his Pokemon were out of their balls, it seemed. Now he just has to figure out how to get around or get rid of this Flare Grunt.

"Look...." Vlad said to his Lunatone. "I think it's a team flare grunt..." The Lunatone cooed in agreement. Now, he thought, "How do I confront this bozo..." Vlad decided to walk up to the dial, pretending to admire it, and if he had to he would dispose of this loiter. He approached the dial, and he said to the strange guy. "It's magnificent, isn't it?" He looked over to see if it elicited a reaction from the strange man.

As Vlad spoke to the Flare grunt he just glanced over at him with an only half paying attention stare. "Huh? Oh, yeah, it's great." He said with a monotone voice, turning his head back around to stare off into the distance, his mind in another place. This...was almost too easy, the Flare grunt was supposed to be guarding this thing it seemed and yet he didn't look at Vlad with the least bit of suspicion. Oh well, works out great for Vlad. "Don't touch it." He said, not bother to turn his head to look at Vlad.

Vlad turned his head at the comment. "I don't take to well to orders like that..." he said with a hint of apprehension. Kind of trying to challenge the grunt. Vlad was confident enough to feel he was able to take this guy on. "I don't think I will listen to you." He said walking closer the-the sundial, a hand outreached in a taunting way, as if to say, "Hey, look at me I'm going to touch this and you can't do anything to stop me." Vlad knew he had to play cautiously, though, he was ordered to no let anyone see him place the gem on the dial. "Lune-Lune-Lunatone" The Lunatone cried. "What is it, buddy?" Vlad asked. The Lunatone floating in a restless manner. Vlad knew how to read his Pokemon's body language, and he knew something would soon happen.

"I said..." The grunt growled as he slowly turned around to face Vlad. "Do. Not. Touch. It." He said, putting emphasis on each word. To put further emphasis on his words the grunt took out a Pokeball and let it drop to the ground, the device popping open to release an Espurr, the tiny cat just staring at Vlad and Lunatone with a blank expression on its face. "Comprendre me now?"

"Please" Replied Arwan, he disregarded the pathetic looking Pokemon, his Lunatone was more of a threat than that small looking thing. He turned from the other human and decided to walk towards the sundial. Before he made it a bit further, he turned and said. "Oh, by the way. never threaten me. Come on Branwen" he called to the Lunatone. ((Decided Vlad wasn't what I wanted changed to Arwan.))

The grunt scowled as he watched the kid begin to walk away. How dare he turn his back on him! "That was your last chance, kid. Espurr, Disarming Voice!" The grunt ordered. The weird little cat would suddenly let loose this horrible screeching said. While it was certainly unpleasant it didn't hurt your ears, no, it heart your heart. Hearing the sound caused one's emotions to go crazy, the victim feeling sadness, anger, and all sorts of painful emotions. Make that cat shut up
