Personalities: Haran was a strange sort of scavenger and was very likely classed into the wrong part of his clan. He did not share what he scavenged and was very clearly what humans would call a hoarder. Three rooms had been filled to the brim with his things and there is a possessiveness about Haran that makes him a good fit to partner a hunter.
The feral edge of that possessiveness is dulled by becoming a weapon but there is still a need to keep, to protect, and it is that which has determined his new form.
Tamika was raised to be who she is today. Joining Deus Ex was not so much a choice as it was an expectation. Her parents were obviously not members of the organization but there was never a doubt that Tammy would serve the greater good in one way or another.
She did not get more than one year of college but when you were raised with political arguments over the breakfast table every morning, your parents discussing power deals between homework questions, it's hard not to pick up on some of that. Tammy has a mind for politics, for picking apart the pieces of what she is dealing with, of making the best of any situation.
Her disposition is sunny but not dramatically so. It's a quiet sort of optimism and confidence that might be crippled by the Island, or honed into something truly remarkable.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?
Raised as the child of two civic servants, serving the better good was in her blood. Tamika was also very clearly adopted and had been pegged from birth as part of the Hunter Breeding Program. Her bloodlines go back more than a few generations. She didn't really have much of a choice so much as it was something she was raised into.
