Hello !
Most of people love and have pets or others animals...
I propose you to post pictures of yours here and explain there lives, how you get them, their hobbies, etc...

I wanted to participate in the poll -- so I chose "exotic pet" since there was not a category for "birds." My partner, Jim, and I have been taking care of his grown-up daughter's English parakeet -- she is a blue and white beauty, named Buddie -- but I have been calling her "Sweetheart" and she responds well to this name.

English parakeets are larger and flufflier than regular parakeets -- and sweet Buddie is quietly chirping as I type this. cat_whee

I don't have photos I can post, but I used to have 5 dogs. They all died of old age/natural causes. Two were miniature poodles, two were lab mixes- one mixed with American Eskimo dog and the other mixed with husky, and the last was a plot hound. The lab/husky mix could climb up fallen trees to sit in the top. The lab/Eskimo mix was a Velcro dog that never left my side. The black mini poodle loved my mom and thought she herself was human, while the white mini poodle was my buddy who thought she was a big dog-and kept cornering possums even when she grew blind. The plot hound loved to fetch, but he was terrible at giving the ball back. xd

I miss them all very much and hope to one day have another dog in my home.
