	Although I've had a Gaia account for some time, I've never done much of anything with Alchemy or Go Fusion. For Alchemy, I did the formula they essentially give everyone to start. Then I looked in the shop, bought a few formulas, but an so confused. I end up missing lots of items, and the items are not in the Marketplace. What are some easy formulas for beginners?

	You can buy more first level formulas at the Bifrost shop, but for the items you can ask people around what you need, I never really do alchemy so I don't know much about it. 	Here's a really useful collection of alchemy guides that cover different aspects of the features. For a lot of the formulas, you can actually find the components needed to craft them in something called a philosopher cache. There's different types of caches (i.e. ruby, gold, sapphire) and when you open one up, it gives you an option to choose a specific component to claim. You can buy philosopher caches from the Bifrost. Although most formulas can be crafted via cache components, there's also some that sadly require actual avatar items to craft. At that point, I'm afraid the only way to craft it is to wait for the item to show up on the MP and buy it D= Does that make sense?
