In the Hoenn region, somewhere along Route 131, a certain Sharpedo ferried a particular black haired man across the ocean, the Pokemon and trainer pair headed towards the ancient towering structure in the northern distance. The trainer had been here before, the legendary Sky Pillar, but not since his old friend took up residence in it and began to revive the dilapidated tower. Before long the pair would arrived upon the rocky shore, Sub recalling Pym back to his Dusk Ball immediately upon landing. Turning away from ocean and facing the towering structure the Snagem leader would proceed towards it and its entrancing, excited to see the work RC had done to the place since the last time he showed up.

Turning away from ocean and facing the towering structure the Snagem leader would proceed towards it and its entrancing, excited to see the work RC had done to the place since the last time he showed up. RC was listening to a report from Latios when he sensed his visitor. "As long as he is going in for his intended purpose, we let him be. Just keep watching. Dismissed." the Hybrid says as he waves the blue eon pokemon back off to his duties. Sub would get an actual rude greeting by the new resident of the first floor of Sky Pillar. It was a rather ancient looking Salamence that growled at him and tried to bring it's self up to it's full height. But because of it's injured wing, it couldn't muster up the usual imposing visage it once had. RC lands in the middle of the first floor. "Enough, Tarasque! This man is my guest and friend. You will bring no harm to him." The Hybrid chides the Salamence. Tarasque stops growling and settles back down in the very nice roosting area that RC had constructed for him. along the bare North Wall. To the west was an Altar that was covered with an ornate blue and orange silk cloth. to the East was empty space that RC was still trying to fill. "Welcome to Spear Pillar, Sub. I do apologize for the behavior of my first permanent guest. He is only doing his job." RC explains as he hands Sub a bracelet that is pitch black. "Wear this. It's a Draconid Bangle. It is made of my scales and is the signal to Tarasque back there that you are welcome here at the Pillar. Otherwise, he might turn you into chunks, even with his old wound." the Hybrid further explains. "So what brings you out here? I take it is not a casual visit." RC would ask of Sub as he looks around for a moment. The dragon seemed a bit distracted.

Sub would accept the bracelet from RC and slip it on, eying Tarasque with a side-eye as he did. The ancient dragon didn't intimidate him, he's dealt with more ancient beasts than that winged lizard. "No, not a casual visit I'm afraid." He said, turning his attention back to RC. "Though it should a visit that will please you all the same; I've come seeking your tutelage." The man said with a goofy grin. "More specifically I would like for you to help my Hydreigon master a Dragon move, but not just any move. I'm seeking to take his Draco Meteor up another notch, if you catch my drift." He said, holding up his Snag Machine, tapping the Z-Ring embedded in it. "With this puppy who knows what power we can harness."

"With this puppy who knows what power we can harness." RC listens to the young man. He takes a deep breath and then exhales. "So you look to have your Hydreigon master Devastating Drake from Draco Meteor. That is no easy task you ask, especially for a Hydreigon. First, It will have to learn to control its other heads. The main one is the only one with a brain and the only one who can make decisions. The others just move and attack due to instinct. And why is this relevant? If for any reason the main head is distracted or disrupted during the channeling of the move, it can backfire, horribly. But I will say this: if it can take control of all three heads, your Hydreigon will have a distinct advantage over other dragons in doing this. Second, it will have to channel all the energy from the move Draco Meteor. This takes time. In other dragons, the time is very long. But, if your Hydreigon can master the first step, it can use its other heads to help channel the attack, making it charge faster than any other dragon save us legends. If it can manage these two tasks flawlessly, then a Draco Meteor powered Devastating Drake is yours to command. So, think your Hydreigon is up to the task, Snagem Leader?" RC finishes his explanation with a smirk. He already knew Sub's answer, but he wanted to see and hear the young man's resolve.

It was only after he asked that last question did he begin to look around the area, a confused look on his face. "Oh, you must be talking to me." He said sarcastically as he stopped his exaggerated searching. "I was like, 'There is another Snagem leader? One who he and his Pokemon aren't perfect in every way? Sounds like a punk this other guy.' But then I realized you were making a little joke when you asked me such a ludicrous question! Oh RC, you kidder." The man laughed as he lightly 'punched' RC on the shoulder. "Okay okay, I'll be serious. Yes, I'm certain Valdemar is up for the task."

RC says as he flies up to the second floor. "His trial starts up here!" the hybrid calls back down the ladder linking the two floors. And these weren't small either. Each of the ladders had 77 rungs. Hope Sub wasn't afraid of heights and had some arm strength.

Sub would do little but stand there and watch RC fly on up, soon turning his attention away from the dragon and towards the ladder, noting its number of rungs and letting out an exasperated sigh. He wasn't afraid of heights, the man routinely allowed his Mandibuzz to carry him around by her talons. That said the idea of climbing this ladder did not appeal to him. "I pity the students you make, or have to, climb that." Sub commented loudly as he took out a Dusk Ball and popped it open, Pallas appearing from within. With command the Mandibuzz would grab onto the man's padded vest shoulders and whisk him up into the air to join RC on the next floor, the bird setting him down right next to him before being recalled. "Hope I don't get points taken off for that, professor." He said with a grin.

Initiates stay on the first floor. Once they are given the title of Rookies, they can move up to this floor." RC explains as he wanders over to the training over and sets up a very odd looking dummy. "This is what is going to help us. It is called the Shuckle Striker." RC says as he activates the training dummy and a Shuckle looking head pops out the middle hole."All he has to do is grab the middle part." RC adds as he walks a distance away. Simple? Maybe not.

The man would eye the 'Shuckle Striker', the dummy reminding him of a game he used to play in Goldenrod City's arcades. "Lemme guess, it's like a game of Wack-O-Diglett." He proclaimed as he took out Valdemar's Dusk Ball, tossing the ball onto the ground causing it to pop open and unleash the Hydreigon, the hydra giving off a mighty roar upon appearing. "Alright, Valdemar, let's get this started. See that thing?" He asked, pointing to the 'Shuckle' head. "Grab it."
With a snarl the Hydreigon would lash one of its side heads at the dummy, attempting to snap up the 'head' as instructed.

That Hydreigon head would then get smacked by the two arms from either side. As the arms slowly coiled back, the "head" pops back out. The arms finish coiling back into the dummy as RC taps his tail on the floor."Whack-O-Digglet for the one who cannot master this training exercise." RC responds to Sub.

"Calm down boy, try a Focus Energy and then strike." He ordered the destructive Pokemon. Snarling while staring at the dummy the Dark Pokemon would settle down just a enough to start focusing its energy, eying the dummy's head with great intent as it gathered its senses together and prepared to strike. A good minute later the dragon would suddenly lash out without any notice, once again attempting to snap up the head.
