Most of academy student who wasn't attending orientation was busy with activity. Club fair was drawing near and made worse by inclusion of Halloween celebration, all set at the same time. Tedious though it may be, Cyril liked it that way as he could get through both at once. Not so much with the extra workload, however. Here he was preparing for his first ever club fair as a member of Pokemon Fight Club that often simply called Battle Club. Boxes stacked high inside their club and a number of props that are soon to be moved. Club member busiest themselves with their own assigned duty, be it building props or fetching necessary materials, to moving finished product to their maze. Cyril seated himself on the floor as he examined batches of badges they would give out as trophy, paintbrush in one hand as he worked. His fellow club member opposite of him. Ava Stenson, he remembered her name at least. It would be embarrassing not to when he had battled her from time to time despite not doing more than small chat within their shared club. She also held the honor of being their gym leader for their fake pokemon gym. A commendable achievement considered she had to gain majority vote to get the spot. It spoke that their club found her suitable to represent their club.
As they worked, Cyril finally attempted to talk, "Ava?" he started to get her attention, "Have you thought of your costume yet?" It was part of halloween celebration that they all would need to be in costume. He wasn't fond of it, preferring to wear whatever as long as he is in costume. Unfortunately, this year he had a reason to pick his costume properly, seeing he would be part of the crew that ran the maze. "I am thinking to go for mummy, so I can hide in a coffin while inside the maze," he said.
